To confirm a reservation for a group of more than 4 rooms, we request a prepayment of 20% of the total amount of the reservation. This amount is nonrefundable and we will accept changes in the dates (subject to availability, with a supplement in case the rates for the new dates are higher) up to 15 days prior to arrival. 15 days before arrival, the prepayment of the remaining 80% of the booking will be requested.
We do offer parking, however its subject to availability and needs to be booked in advances and it comes with a daily fee.
We inform you that one of the pools will be closed from May 2 to May 31 for maintenance. However, you will still be able to use the other pool.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Tea at one side of building fry eggs at other side food in. Middle by the time you get them breakfast is cold

The bathrooms could do with the tiles grout and silicon around the shower being renewed looking very dated, turning black and dated-also as an English guest the tv could do with showing bbc or itv news without a very poor signal every day

Todo el personal de recepción es muy amable. Nos ayudaron en todo momento y nos recomendaron varias cosas por hacer como locales. Las instalaciones están bien, nos encantaron las piscinas y el bar cerca de una de las piscinas. Los camareros son muy amables y te hacen sentir como en casa.
La comida podría mejorar, se notaba que traían bastantes cosas de la península o que estaban compradas como los embutidos, además la repostería o las tortillas de patatas podrían hacerlo ellos mismos con los ingredientes básicos y quedarían más ricos. Pero nos gustó la idea de que cada noche había una temática de cenas.
El personal muy amables y cercanos. El hotel en sí está muy bien para el descanso.
El buffet del desayuno buena calidad , y una noche que estuvimos en el buffet la relación calidad-precio buenísima . La habitación muy espaciosa .
El único pero , la cama que eran dos juntas y es algo incómodo.

La limpieza de la habitación. Algunos días no limpiaron Hicieron la cama y las toallas del baño no las cambiaron.
