Important information:

To confirm a reservation for a group of more than 4 rooms, we request a prepayment of 20% of the total amount of the reservation. This amount is nonrefundable and we will accept changes in the dates (subject to availability, with a supplement in case the rates for the new dates are higher) up to 15 days prior to arrival. 15 days before arrival, the prepayment of the remaining 80% of the booking will be requested.

We do offer parking, however its subject to availability and needs to be booked in advances and it comes with a daily fee.

We inform you that one of the pools will be closed from May 2 to May 31 for maintenance. However, you will still be able to use the other pool.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

L'accueil au top, deux jolies piscines, chambre spacieuse, litterie méga confortable. Buffets à thème le soir très bons, petits déjeuners excellents. Snacks copieux et faits maison au bar de la piscine. Parkings à proximité. Notre meilleur séjour sur l'île. Allez y les yeux fermés !!!

Lovely quiet hotel central location
Pros:

A warm welcome by the receptionist with a welcome drink, very clean resort, rooms spacious and cleaned daily, lots of sun loungers around the pool. Very quiet resort, didn't see any family activities. Central location, everything on your door step.

Cons:

Lack of privacy in bathrooms(frosted room divider between bedroom and bathroom, clear panel on shower, frosted door on toilet)

Excellent and most enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Clean apartment and complex generally. A comfortable complex size. Good breakfast choices. Sunbeds available and pool generally pleasant and well managed. Close to beach and restaurants. Shower good and plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Reception very helpful if you have special requirements.

Un oasis de paz y tranquilidad.
Pros:

El hotel está en una zona muy turística con muchos servicios de restauración cerca, tiendas de ropa, bazares, etc. pero no es una zona ruidosa. También está muy cerca de dos playas de arena y de un paseo marítimo muy agradable. La habitación era muy grande. El baño también era muy grande y cabría otro lavabo pues hay espacio suficiente. La terraza era muy agradable y daba a la zona de la piscina, pero los clientes eran la mayoría extranjeros britanicos que no hacen ruido. Estaba todo muy nuevo, incluso las hamacas de la piscina. El buffet de desayuno fantástico y muy completo, con zumos deliciosos. El hotel cuenta además con la opción de media pensión para cenas y las hacen temáticas ( un día mexicano, otro de comida canaria, barbacoa...) a precios razonables ( 16€/persona sin bebidas). El personal es muy amable y nos prestaron sombrilla para la playa. Las zonas de las piscinas estaban muy limpias y eran tranquilas, pues no hay animaciones para niños.

Cons:

La depuradora de una de las piscinas hacia mucho ruido y se escucha desde la habitación.
Debería haber grupos de habitaciones para no fumadores porque la gente fuma en las terrazas y es molesto para los que no fumamos.
Hay habitaciones a pie de piscina y está muy bien para personas con problemas de movilidad o familias con carros,pero pierden intimidad pues hay pasillos entre las terrazas.
Aunque tuvimos ayuda para subir las maletas, no hay ascensor y la habitación estaba en una segunda planta.
La música del bar de la piscina estaba un poco alta.
