Accueil déplorable, agressivité inadmissible et manque total de professionnalisme
Nous sommes arrivés vers 1h du matin avec nos enfants en bas âge après plus de 1 000 km de route. Au lieu d’un accueil hôtelier digne de ce nom, nous avons subi une véritable agression verbale de la part du réceptionniste.
Sous prétexte de la présence de notre bébé de 2 ans dans notre chambre de 4 personnes (réservée pour 4), cet individu a immédiatement adopté une attitude hautaine, agressive et méprisante, nous faisant des gestes pour nous intimer de dégager comme des malpropres. Il est allé jusqu’à nous menacer d’appeler la police en pleine nuit, refusant tout échange courtois face à une famille épuisée. Pour désamorcer cette situation lunaire, notre fils aîné a dû partir dormir chez un ami afin de nous conformer strictement au chiffre 4.
L’acharnement ne s’est pas arrêté là : il a ensuite refusé de nous donner accès au parking, prétextant que ce n’était pas inclus, alors que ma réservation Booking stipulait noir sur blanc le contraire (preuve à l'appui sous ses yeux). Là encore, ton méprisant et mauvaise foi absolue.
Le réceptionniste s'est certes excusé à la toute fin en réalisant son dérapage, mais le mal était fait. Un tel niveau d’irrespect, d’agressivité et d’incompétence envers des clients est intolérable dans l'hôtellerie. Établissement à fuir impérativement.

Zapomněla jsem na hotelu v restauraci peněženku s větším obnosem, peněženku mi zaslali zpět do Čech a celým obsahem, velice si toho cením. Gv.

La habitación era normal con los elementos necesarios para pasar la noche, con un baño con todos sus elementos y ascensor para subir a los pisos superiores. El personal del hotel era muy amable y se preocupaba bastante por que nosotros estuviésemos a gusto. El hotel estaba cerca del casco histórico en una zona tranquila. Había un parking al lado del hotel
La habitación no era muy grande y no estaba demasiado remodelada. El precio me pareció un poco alto para este hotel
The location is incredible. So many stories and local food places to eat in all at a walking distance from the Hotel. Also the staff service was super friendly and very helpful.
The top sheets were a bit warped an possibly stained but the rest of the sheets were white and crisp.
Struttura a due passi dalla stazione autobus/treno comoda per arrivare sia la mattina che la sera tardi. Accogliente ma datata. Qualità prezzo decisamente un affare se si trova in un periodo dove il prezzo è basso. Personale super accogliente tutto il giorno.
Struttura che mostra i suoi anni, personalmente non ci soggiornerei più di 2 notti visto che si limita a predisporre l’essenziale per il cliente e se si cerca quel qualcosa in più in un hotel moderno non è adatto.

Absolutamente nada de este hotel es recomendable, .. intentad evitarlo en la medida de lo posible .. lo siento pero es de lo peor que he visto y me dedico x trabajo a viajar de manera semanal .. necesita una reforma YA.
Mimo położenia w centrum miasta. w nocy było cicho. Fajny klimat starego hotelu. Oryginalna zabytkowa centrala telefoniczna. Klimatyzacja sprawna. Rolety wygłuszają i zaciemniają bardzo dobrze. Obsługa uprzejma i pomocna i dba, aby klienta nie złapała niespodziewana ulewa popołudniu.
Są pewne kompromisy ze względu na wiek hotelu, ale dla mnie ok.
