Nagyon kedves a recepciós hölgy. Segítőkész mindenki. A hotel modern, szép, tiszta. Kutyabarát hely. 🐾 Jól felszerelt, közel van a központhoz. A szobák gyönyörű modernek, tiszták. Stíluosak.

Lumpy bed and bad location.
Pros:

Bathroom was large and clean with a good shower. The breakfast was great and the staff were very nice.

Cons:

Terrible location unless you have a car, it was a trek and a helf to climb the hill with suitcases to arrive. The room seemed good at first look but the quality on use was poor: the extractor fan in the bathroom was so loud and you couldn't turn it off; the shower lead to noises in the walls so you couldn't sleep in the room if the shower was in use; the balcony we booked and paid extra for with "mountain views" was nothing like described; the slippers were thin; the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable (!); the seats were rock hard and there was a lot of dust on the lights by the bed which we didn't want to breathe in. Overall, disappointing and shouldn't be a 4* in my opinion. We didn't have a comfortable sleep, the location was terrible and the balcony was a let down.

Urlaub in einem der schönsten Hotels am Gardasee
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel, wahnsinnig freundliches Personal, Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den Gardasee.
Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Und ganz wichtig für uns: unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Rundum sehr gelungene Urlaubstage und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Relax al lago.
Pros:

Struttura nuova e pulita, ottima colazione e accoglienza gentile e professionale. Ottimo anche il ristorante.

Cons:

La struttura non è vicinissima al centro, bisogna fare una bella passeggiata.

Pros:

Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, Gute Zusammenstellung des Abendmenus, sehr gute Weinauswahl, super saubere Zimmer, Ausblick vom Balkon (groß), gute Anfahrbarkeit und Parkplätze, Fahrradverleih

Cons:

Von vier Gängen waren drei inklusive, direkt an der Hauptzufahrtsstraße (Zimmer gut isoliert und nachts war zum Glück kein Verkehr)
