Cons:

Superior Zimmer gebucht - Lage zur Hauptstraße. Extrem laut in der Nacht. Mussten Fenster öffnen, da Klimaanlage defekt. Keine Zimmerwechsel möglich. Keine Rückerstattung bzw. Preisnachlass.

Sehr angenehme Übernachtungen an zentraler Lage in Kiel
Pros:

Als Reisende mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr (Bahn, Bus) war für uns die gut erreichbare Lage des Hotels entscheidend. Obwohl sehr zentral beim Hauptbahnhof Kiel gelegen, genossen wir - in sehr bequemen Betten - zwei angenehme, ruhige Nächte. Sowohl beim Check-In als auch vor der Abreise (Kofferaufbewahrung) sehr freundliches, dienstfertiges Personal.
Der Berlinder Hof bietet ein grosszügiges Frühstückbuffet, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Alles in Allem und gemessen an der Lage in Kiel stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut!

Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers und das Bett waren sehr gut. Es war schön eingerichtet und neu renoviert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Obwohl klar war, daß die Klimaanlage in mehreren Zimmern nicht funktioniert, wurde trotzdem vermietet, scheinbar in der Hoffnung, daß man es nicht merkt. Nach langem hin und her gab es dann eine angemessene Erstattung. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach.
Für den doch recht hohen Preis hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.
