Spa and pool facilities were excellent. Restaurant was also excellent,compliments to the chef!

Paid for a superior room which was advertised as luxury- not accurate as very small room, bathroom, needed a deep clean, big, old spiderweb in bathroom. No complimentary biscuits- not luxurious. Cold plates for breakfast, unappealing food, long wait for eggs and warm plates. Hotel needs some TLC - outdoor areas shabby and needs weeding.

More than happy to recommend hotel and spa
Pros:

Great selection of buffet breakfast, which was frequently topped up. Staff were welcoming and went out of their way to help. Excellent treatment spa staff knowledge able, great therapist called katelyn. Great pool steam room sauna, lovely terrace upstairs to sit in sunshine. Fan in bedroom bottles of water as well as hot drinks.

Still good, you can the cutbacks.

Pros:

It was very hotwhile we were there but there were plenty of areas with air conditioning. We were also allowed to go in to room earlier because it was ready.
Enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Also had nice coffee afterwards in cafe next to swimming pool.
No air con in bedroom but fan available.

Cons:

Some noise ouside earlier on when trying to sleep, but this stopped later in night and was able to sleep Bed and pillows comfortable. Nice shower over bath. Shampoo and body wash supplied.
