Very relaxing canalside location. Well stocked bar. Excellent spa facilities
Evening meal disappointing but breakfast came to the rescue.
Glass table in the room was too big and a hazard at night.
Good location and facilities
Bathroom very small and shower tiles grout dirty needs renewing. Tables at breakfast very sticky not cleaned properly lets the hotel down.
I liked the location and the room
The staff were rude and the facilities advertised were not all correct
I’m glad the breakfast was included as that made the price feel better. The hotel room was clean.
The hotel felt very dated, you can see they are trying to update it, but currently it’s such a mix of adequate updates and very dated areas. I felt quite sad walking into the reception, it felt so bland and unwelcoming. It is really close to a busy main road which detracts from the canal. Many of the spa facilities were closed, waiting for updates. It’s not somewhere I would recommend or return to.
This was our second time and this time we stayed in the suite OMG WAW it was amazing the best hotel room we have stayed in. It was that good we have book for the next 3 months
We ordered food to come to the room but we didn't get told that we had to but a £100 on a bank card to be held for all servers. I think this should be but on the menu in the room so customers know about this
Location, lovely friendly staff, excellent service.
No air conditioning on the hottest days ever. Room was like a furnace unfortunately.
Great to have the spa and pool on site and the opportunity to walk along the canal
The spa is lovely but a little dated
It could have been cleaner & it’s a bit dated
Breakfast was good. Facilities good but we didn't have time to use them.
NA
Absolutely everything
The fruit platter was £9.49 for not even a full platter of fruit
Nice friendly hotel and staff but expensive both for room and drinks.
Cost.
Easy to get around even with a wheelchair
No air conditioning

Our balcony could have done with a paint but it looked as though they were getting to it as the below balconies had been started.
