Not worth it
Pros:

The staff seemed friendly & The breakfast was decent

Honestly im not one to complain although this review if going to say different from that.. But honestly for the price it didn't meet any expectations for me and my 11 year old. The lighting was very bright in the room, the TV was old and dated with only free view as a option, the shower room with the toilet was tiny, the mirror in the shower room didn't work, the door was freying at the bottle, tiles were coming off the walls, the bed wasn't comfortable or the pillows again the brightest lights in the world.. The room, although a fairly decent view wasn't the biggest or the best quality for the price. We had a infestation of lady bugs and decided to leave the hotel a day early as this was a birthday celebration I was sharing with my daughter. We wasn't impressed. She felt uncomfortable and didn't enjoy her stay. For a 11 year old to feel disappointed when she's normally so easy pleased says alot

We enjoyed the stay ,and would stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast fine location fine ,nice to be close to canal watch boats passing. Staff friendly. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom needs work grouting in shower bad .,bottom of bathroom door a mess on both sides. Lampshades need replacing. We were not told that the cafe and restaurant in leisure part not open .no choice for vegetarian in waterside.

Pros:

Staff and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Bathroom door did not close, bit moldy aound shower area nothing a bit of bicarb and vinegar wouldn't sort. Door leading to balcony needed a quick sweep round it as well.

Was a lovely couple days and a real nice experience, just to be able to relax and not stress about anything.
Pros:

It was very modern and and clean.

Cons:

The singnal wasn’t great and the wifi wasn’t the best but it was nice to not have the use off phones and enjoy the experience.

Pros:

How clean and tidy the room was. How Grace changed the room to accommodate my Mums disability. The food in the restaurant was amazing!. How all the staff treated us on arrival and throughout our stay. I will return again. Thank you

Great spot, easy parking & helpful staff

Cons:

Shower was mouldy, shower leaks all over the floor, was two single beds pushed together that was horrifically uncomfortable if you rolled over.

Spa not as good as we were expecting, food was nice.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice.

Dinner was tasty.

Cons:

Bathroom in room the wash basin had a big crack in it.
Bed was too soft, we both rolled to the middle.
Husband disappointed with choice of drinks at the bar as no ales and only one lager.
Swimming pool water was too cold to use.
No lockers were working at the Spa.
