Alas I’m a wet area NAZI, but overall the stay was very pleasant.
Pros:

The position was central and very close to shopping, eateries, the beach and light rail. The staff were very nice.

Cons:

It was difficult with the building works and jack hammers. The three day rest from the noise over the long weekend was lovely. The shower/bathroom was very tired and not very clean.

Perfect apartment in Broadbeach
Pros:

The position is absolutely perfect. You really don't need a car. The shopping centre is right next door, the beach across the road. You can hop on a tram just up the road and go anywhere for 50 cents. The apartment was perfect, spotless and everything here that you need.

Our room was comfortable and l liked the three small balconies from which we enjoyed the views in different directions. Close to the beach and shopping centre

Cons:

Soundproofing could be much better! Demolition and construction at surrounding sites meant from 6.30am the noise was significant. The noise into the late evenings from the crowds and music in nearby venues was considerable too.

Cons:

Lots of construction going on which I wasn’t warned of at time of booking. It was shocking 7am the drilling started and went all day. Was not relaxing at all.

Couldnt be prevented BUT ITS right next to a demolition construction site. Very noisy from 6.30am. Not relaxing staying at unit during the day. I was only informed after booking and paying!

Love the property location. So close to the beach and all the shops & coffee shops.
Love the broadbeach vibe. Will return again.
Pool was very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Room needed some maintenance, light bulbs gone in kitchen and bathroom window didn't close properly so wind was rushing in causing the bathroom to be cold. Wasn't able to report it as I was not around during the reception opening times.
