Pros:

The staff was not good we add the morning breakfast we didn't get anything second day when I ask about breakfast he say we have no more customers that why no buffet and second he say if u have a issue where u did booking call them that is so rude way to talk to customers the important things how to talk with customers and deal not like that if customers ask and they say where u book call them and ask why no breakfast

I'm so disappointed about them behaviour and they must take class how to deal with customers how to talk

I hope I can get email back that will not happened the rest of customers 😒 😕

Cons:

I didn't like. Them staff behaviour and the morning breakfast first day was okay second day no buffet meal when I ask why no buffet he say no customers it means for him.we are not customers I'm so so disappointed
