Unpleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel has a great location that is easy to find, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Although the swimming pool is relatively small, it is adequate, especially since the hotel offers direct beach access.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the condition of the property does not reflect a five-star standard. The beach towels were extremely old, faded, and appeared to have been in use for many years.
The room furnishings were outdated and poorly maintained. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, there were visible cigarette burn marks on the sofa and flooring, which was disappointing.
The biggest concern was the bed. It was very uncomfortable, and I experienced what appeared to be bed bug bites all over my body. As a result, I was unable to sleep properly, which significantly affected my stay.
Based on my experience, I would not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it until these issues are properly addressed.

Pros:

Not a 5 star hotel for me.

Cons:

The sofa in our room was notably unclean. We were assigned a smoking room despite having informed the hotel of our infant's presence, which was particularly disappointing. The air conditioning unit was excessively loud, and the service was slow. Furthermore, the food quality was merely average. There were no tissues in the bathroom, and we had to request towels due to their unavailability in the room, which also had a musky odor.

Worth for a staycation

Very unpleasant experience!
Pros:

The room decor was nice

Cons:

The hotel was low quality, very dirty, parking garage was absolutely tight, terrible, random, unorganized, my car was pumped twice in their garage!!! No valet option, the room was so dirty, no tissues anywhere, bed got us itchy during the night and I could smell the beach sand in the pillow!! We tried to call the reception at one point while we were in the room and no one picked up or even called us back for 3 hours!! The pool was absolutely dirty and unhygienic and the floors were wet and it was absolutely bad - even the breakfast was terrible and got me stomachache and I threw it all up later!!! Absolutely bad experience.
