The swimming pools heating is available in winter, from 1 November to 30 April.

PLEASE NOTE: all guests, INCLUDING MINORS, must present a valid official identity document upon arrival. The only accepted documents are: DNI, NIE or PASSPORT, in accordance with current Spanish regulations (Orden INT/321/2021 and Real Decreto 933/2021). From March 2025, the hotel will charge a touristic tax of 0,15€ per person per night to the client during the check-in process. It will be applicable to all persons staying in tourist accommodation in the municipality of Mogán, regardless of age or place of residence.

Please note that not all rooms have air conditioner. Portable air conditioning (surcharge): - For Classic Apartment with balcony and sea view – CA1BASV – Additional cost of €20/day. - For Classic Double Room with small balcony – CDRSB – Additional cost of €12/day.

Absolutely amazing
Pros:

Honestly such a chill hotel couldn’t have asked for anything better for me and my partner had everything we wanted. A balcony with sun beds and a little table, plenty wardrobe space, tv and much more.

Cons:

There was ants always on the floor not big amounts and it didn’t cause us any harm just a little touch to improve on the future😁

Calidad humana en las personas que trabajan ahí

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable en el Hotel Servatur Riosol. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien atendidas gracias a la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal.
Queremos hacer una mención especial a Paul, que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún mejor. Siempre estuvo atento, cercano y dispuesto a ayudarnos con una sonrisa, haciendo que nos sintiéramos muy cómodas y bien cuidadas en todo momento. También queremos agradecer al compañero de mantenimiento, que no dudó en acercarse hasta nuestra habitación para resolver unas dudas que teníamos. Su rapidez, disposición y trato fueron de agradecer.
El desayuno tipo bufé nos sorprendió muy gratamente. Tiene una gran variedad de opciones para todos los gustos, productos de calidad y, como punto a destacar, zumos naturales, algo que se agradece muchísimo y que marca la diferencia.
Sin duda, ha sido una experiencia muy positiva y recomendamos este hotel tanto por sus instalaciones como, sobre todo, por la calidad humana de las personas que trabajan en
