The only accepted documents are: DNI, NIE or PASSPORT, in accordance with current Spanish regulations (Orden INT/321/2021 and Real Decreto 933/2021). From March 2025, the hotel will charge a touristic tax of 0,15€ per person per night to the client during the check-in process. It will be applicable to all persons staying in tourist accommodation in the municipality of Mogán, regardless of age or place of residence.

Please note that not all rooms have air conditioner. Portable air conditioning (surcharge): - For Classic Apartment with balcony and sea view – CA1BASV – Additional cost of €20/day. - For Classic Double Room with small balcony – CDRSB – Additional cost of €12/day.

Pues lo que no me gustó fue que al llegar una de las de las resección me la lío con la habitación y me dio una habitación equivocada y me hizo esperar hora y algo y hasta tube que comer en la resección por si error que me había puesto una habitación y iba y no abría la llave hasta que se dio cuenta y me dijo que esa no era la que me quedaba , me pareció super poco profesional pa lo demás que estaba genial

Ça vaut la peine surtout pour la vue sur mer.
Pros:

La vue splendide sur la mer, les couchers du soleil, ainsi que l'ascenseur panoramique qui va jusqu'au dernier étage de l'hotel. La piscine "sur le toit".

Cons:

Le bâtiment un peu vieillisant, manque de climatisation, la serrure d'entrée de mon appartement désoléee. Accès très difficile depuis l'ascenseur jusqu'aux chambres. Parfois il faut escalader plusiers étages avec la valise lourde pour arriver aux chambres (pour les personnes plus âgées). Pas de bus local pour descendre à la plage.

Hotellin yleissiisteys oli hyvä ja alueet suhteellisen viihtyisiä.

Cons:

Huone oli törkyinen ja hyvin vanhanaikainen. Isomman remontin tarpeessa. Majoituspaikka oli meluisa.
