The swimming pools heating is available in winter, from 1 November to 30 April.

PLEASE NOTE: all guests, INCLUDING MINORS, must present a valid official identity document upon arrival. The only accepted documents are: DNI, NIE or PASSPORT, in accordance with current Spanish regulations (Orden INT/321/2021 and Real Decreto 933/2021). From March 2025, the hotel will charge a touristic tax of 0,15€ per person per night to the client during the check-in process. It will be applicable to all persons staying in tourist accommodation in the municipality of Mogán, regardless of age or place of residence.

Please note that not all rooms have air conditioner. Portable air conditioning (surcharge): - For Classic Apartment with balcony and sea view – CA1BASV – Additional cost of €20/day. - For Classic Double Room with small balcony – CDRSB – Additional cost of €12/day.

No em sembla bé que publiqueu fotos de la piscina amb hamaques a dintre, llits individuals..pero és una piscina que si vols accedir has de pagar 25euros. Això s ha d informar. Tampoc m ha agradat que es fumin terrasses apartament, t arriba el fum a l altre apartament

Clientele and hygiene let us down a little this time.
Pros:

The VIP area is very good and the reception staff were always very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Showers and toilets at reception were absolutely disgusting, filthy! The smell out of them was stomach turning. The towel change in the rooms needs to be more frequent and some of the clientele in the hotel were rough and brought the place down. The place is lovely and apartments are a great size and well equipped, its a pity these things let us down, This is our second time back to the property.

He ido varias veces, y solo he estado realmente a gusto cuando nos ha atendido Pol (no sé si esta bien escrito) es el único que se preocupa de verdad por la estancia de los clientes, de resto, sintiéndolo mucho da mucho que desear, la habitación sucia, no ruedan ni por asomo…

Cons:

Primero que estaba muy sucio y la verdad hacía mucho calor, luego el sitio para encontrarlo fue un caos, sé que es un hotel de 3 estrellas pero igual he ido a otros de 3 estrellas y tienen mejor calidad.

I felt like a dog in a hot uncomfortable dirty kennel.
Pros:

The view but not inside the lift but it was filthy and not clean !

Cons:

Room was advertised with air conditioning and it did not have room had no privacy as was next to the lift the cleaning of the room was not done correctly hair dirty earbuds blocked drain in shower lack of hot water. Daily cleaning was not done towels were in short supply!

Very disappointed. We did not receive the service we booked.

Cons:

We had a sewage issue that we reported several times that posed health and safety risk. We requested a room change but told it wasn’t possible. We were told someone would come to sort it but no one came for the whole duration.

Estancia Familiar Muy Acogedora y con Diversión a Tope.
Pros:

Las comidas del buffets estaban buenísimas, con gran variedad cada día, y sobre todo, mucha calidad. Muy recomendable la verdad.
La piscina estaba muy bien, grande y buenas vistas a la playa.
Lo único, que el servirse uno mismo las bebidas en la piscina, me gusta más, a que me las sirvan, y que no tienen granizadas, cosa que a mis hijos y a mí, nos encanta. En general, la estancia fue estupenda.
La parte de los juegos, mesa de ping pong y la cancha para nosotros es fundamental. Echábamos partidas los cuatro, fue increíble. Las animaciones también nos gustó.
Mencionar también el trato amable y cercano de los empleados, Soraya (limpieza), camarer@s, encargados... ,volveremos sin dudarlo.

Cons:

Calor en la habitación y las almohadas de los adultos, muy grande.

Grote aanrader: vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten en mooie locatie!
Pros:

Het ontbijt was super! De locatie en het uitzicht van het hotel waren ook fantastisch!

Cons:

De appartementen zijn reeds verouderd, dus dat is wel belangrijk om te weten. Daardoor is er ook nog geen airconditioning. Voor mijn verblijf was dit geen groot probleem, aangezien ik veel uitstappen deed en dus niet veel aanwezig was in het appartement.
