From January 19th until the work is completed, the main water park will be unavailable, but the rest of the pools and hotel facilities will continue operating as usual.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Desde nuestra llegada al hotel, Guadalupe nos atendió en recepción con mucha educación y una gran sonrisa. En todo momento fue muy amable y resolvió todas las dudas, tanto las nuestras como las del resto de clientes.
El personal de animación también jugó un papel muy importante para entretener tanto a los más pequeños como a los adultos. ¡Sin duda repetiremos!
La verdad que nos fuimos con una muy buena sensación.
Todo el hotel está pensado para que los niños se diviertan: las piscinas con toboganes son espectaculares, con varios socorristas. La animación infantil está muy bien y la comida también nos gustó en comparación con otros hoteles. El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas.
Echamos de menos alguna piscina más para nadar, pues solo hay una sin toboganes y no es muy grande por lo que estaba bastante llena casi siempre. Las bebidas tipo refresco y zumos también eran de muy baja calidad, las alcoholicas no las probamos.

Lo que más me gustó la habitación
Los servicios de Almuerzo y cena muy decepcionado, el personal de cocina muy ausente el chico encargado de la pizzería no mostraba ningún interés por su trabajo, con la chaquetilla de cocina abrochada por 2 botones y mostrando la barriga, no reponían la comida ( pizza, panceta asada, patatas fritas) me parece un buffet muy pobre para el precio del alojamiento....no volveré a ir. A las 20:30 de la tarde el buffet estaba totalmente abandonado, sin apenas reposición. ( Se de lo que hablo, trabajo en el sector desde hace 20 años y se que se puede hacer bastante mejor)

Great location. Short walk down hill to the strip and cheap taxi back if you are unable for the hills. Friendly staff. Kids had great time with the kids club staff and Danny was great fun. Also restaurant staff were very friendly.
Not enough umbrellas. As a family hotel some of thectop area could do with permanent cover which would free up some for older kids.
La piscina en general para los niños estuvo bien...
La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear.. según entramos a la habitación el ropero del salón donde estaba el aire acondicionado estaba medio roto... la limpieza del baño dejaba mucho que desear puesto que había mucho olor también a cloaca...
Y las habitaciones el piso estaba sucio con manchas de bebida... la comida teníamos desayino-cena y no había mucha variedad sobre todo para los niños... de lo demás genial. La chica de recepción muy amable y la chica de las fotos la rubita es un amor!!

Notre séjour s'est déroulé sans fausse note. Nous étions en all inclusive. Les repas étaient bons et variés, l'appartement était grand et propre, lits confortables, le personnel très chaleureux et agréable. J'ai apprécié d'avoir un après shampooing. Vraiment super pour une famille, je recommande.
L'eau des piscines n'était pas chauffé, elle était plutôt fraîche.
Fantastic complex for children and staff are excellent. My grandkids we on the go all day
I didn't like that the shower and toilet didn't have a lock ( its apparently so kids don't get locked in ) but a bolt higher up would solve that problem
