From January 19th to January 31st, 2026, maintenance work will be carried out in the hotel’s main water park. From January 19th until the work is completed, the main water park will be unavailable, but the rest of the pools and hotel facilities will continue operating as usual.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Etablissement parfaitement adapté pour une famille avec enfants en bas age.
The staff on reception were so helpful and friendly. The room was modern and had a nice pool area. Everything is modern.

Abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo a causa di una cancellazione di volo, abbiamo trovato ad accoglierci in reception un ragazzo gentilissimo e disponibile a tarda ora.
La struttura per poca che ne abbiamo vista è molto curata e moderna, sicuramente ben organizzata per soggiorni di famiglie con bambini, non l’avremmo scelta per un soggiorno di coppia magari.
Da denotare la pulizia molto accurata delle camere, fornite di tutto l’occorrente per la doccia. Se dovessi dare un consiglio aggiungerei la crema corpo.
Il letto e il lavandino erano molto piccoli, per una notte andavano bene, ma sicuramente non per un soggiorno lungo.
The hotel is fabulous. The rooms are a good size. There are plenty of sun loungers. The pools are great for all ages. The food was delicious with something for everyone.

The staff are very helpful and polite.
We arrived before check in time and wanted to use the pools, there are no facilities to change into swimwear, we had to use the lobby toilets of which there is only one male / one female. We had to apply our sunscreen in the lobby. The bag store is small and not fit for purpose.
The shower in the room is clean and had excellent water pressure it did however leak onto the floor no matter what we did with the shower head.
Ice cream was delicious however my children would have liked cones as an option.
No se si sería por la media pensión, pero la variedad en desayuno y cena nos gusto mucho (y la cena temática, china).
Aunque no somos una familia, les felicito por el complejo totalmente enfocado a los peques.
Solo tenemos una pequeña mejora, las almohadas (el colchón está súper bien)
Cumplió mis expectativas ,todo muy limpio ,trato excelente de todo el personal volveré sin duda
