Pros:

Przepyszne śniadania, bardzo fajny basen, plac zabaw dla dzieci oraz sala zabaw. Pokoje czyste i przestronne. Pracownicy recepcji bardzo mili i pomocni. Wielkim plusem dla mnie była możliwość pozostawienia bagażu i odebrania go na drugi dzień.

Cons:

Nie dostaliśmy szlafroków na basen. Mimo że byliśmy na terenie obiektu to i tak musieliśmy zapłacić za parking gdzie pisało na tablicy że parking dla gości za darmo.
W łazience z wentylacji sypał się kurz bądź jakiś inny brud.
Ogólnie mieliśmy bardzo ciemny pokój. Prosiliśmy o łóżeczko dla dziecka a dostaliśmy rozkładaną sofę.

Słabe jest to ze w pokoju za 500zl za dobę nie ma zadnej saszetki z herbata lub kawa . Stoi czajnik a zeby zrobic sobie herbatę po przyjeździe np musze pójść do sklepu i kupić cała paczkę zeby napis sie jeden raz herbaty . Rozumiem gdyby to byl hotel za 150 zl ale tu to albo ktoś sie nie przyłożył z personelu obsługującego albo aż tak bardzo jest to źle zorganizowane

Hotel to miejsce zastępujące stałe miejsce do życia. Nie jest najważniejsze czy recepcjonistka była uśmiechnięta ale to jaki komfort pobytu jest zapewniony. Jeżeli w hotelu z ambicjami, wystrój pochodzi z czasów minionej świeżości, brakuje ręczników a co najważniejsze zamiast porządnej poduszki pod głowę dostaję zbity kłębek coś na czym nie da się spać to o komforcie pobytu mowy nie ma.
Dodam cenę co najmniej 4 gwiazdkową za standard hostelu.
W sumie, zadęcie, niedbałość i... drogo.

First and last time. There are way better nearby hotels

It was clean and in good location with amenities for kids.

Cons:

The morning breakfast was decent but the restaurant there was extremely disappointing. I ordered a lot of various courses and dishes and each tasted like microwave food with a lot of cheap sauces to cover up bad taste.
The staff is just doing their job and can see over worked as they are not able to cope. My room had many requests missing and they casually forgot to provide room amenities which once called for they did provide.
