Dated decor throughout
Pros:

Convenient for tube station, restaurants

Cons:

Reception not always staffed, breakfast served in a bag from 8-9 which is inconvenient, kettle missing from room although did have a base. Also aircon needed servicing so very warm.

Bed bugs really bad service
Cons:

The hotel had bed bugs and it was so so so bad. Couldn’t even sleep and there was no staff to help me with that.

Von diesem Hotel ist abzuraten.Bettwanzen (gerne dazu auch Google Rezensionen lesen, die ich zu spät gesehen habe).Habe um Zimmerwechsel gebeten, dort auch Bettwanzen. Dann wollte ich mein Geld zurück, habe ich natürlich nicht mehr bekommen (kein entgegenkommen von dieser Website oder vom Hotelinhaber, obwohl der mir anderes versprochen hatte un mich jetzt geblockt hat).Ich musste mitten in der Nacht eine Alternative suchen. Sparen ja, aber nicht zu gunsten von Hygiene

Bedbugs, no windows, malfunctioning flashing AC, and no communication. Do not stay here.
Pros:

Receptionist was kind and welcoming. Good location.

Cons:

Absolutely rife with bedbugs, amenities such as air conditioning didn’t work. Incredibly poor sound proofing - feels like you’re in the same room with the neighbouring rooms. Door either doesn’t shut properly or completely wedges itself shut, and is very very difficult to unlock. They were very responsive before check-in, then absolute ghosts afterwards. When I asked if the AC could be turned on, I received no response. Later when I saw the bedbugs, I once again sent a message through the previously successful app; I have yet to receive any communication surrounding this or the prospect of a refund. Had to leave at 11pm to find another hotel room due to unsanitary conditions and bugs. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in many countries, and despite at times less than ideal conditions, I have never so much as complained. Easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Fair conditions for a few nights stay in London.
Pros:

Great location and affordable price for London standards.

Cons:

Uncomfortable and small bed.
The breakfast box was coming out of the preset time or I had to look for it at reception.
