pokój (LG01) jest bardzo wąski, ciemny, okno wychodzi na miejsce składowania odpadów, wyposażony jest w niedziałającą migajacą na czerwono klimatyzację, czyli de facto przytwierdzony do ściany wentylator, który miesza duszne powietrze, bo świeżego nie ma jak zaczerpnąć z uwagi na jedynie pięciocentymetrową szparę w oknie, mocniej nie da się tego okna otworzyć, bo jest zabite kołkami. Wentylacja grawitacyjna w łazience się nie wyrabia, za to czuć w niej smród z kanalizacji. Grzyb pod prysznicem. Przez pięć dni pobytu tylko raz ktoś wrzucił mi nowe ręczniki i szampon, nie zabierając starych, nie wynosząc śmieci ani nie sprzątając niczego. W pakiecie powitalnym dostałam zepsute mleko, kilka torebek kawy rozpuszczalnej i herbaty, bez opcji uzupełnienia. Nikogo z personelu nie ma poza godzinami, gdy ktoś nowy ma przyjechać, a na whatsupp nie reagują na wiadomości. W taką pogodę pokój bez klimatyzacji to śmierdząca sauna.

Bed bugs. Everywhere. Room 204 - I lay on the bed for half an hour or so and when I got up, over twenty bed bugs were on the duvet under my body. They cancelled the booking, but it was 10pm and they had no other rooms. I’m not confident they will have sorted it, so be wary.

Por donde empezar, el hotel es un edificio muy antiguo, con 0 atencion al cliente. Llegas se copian a mano la informacion de tus documentos y te dan las claves de acceso, y te dicen que recepcion esta solo desde las 12h hasta las 22h, llegas a tu habitacion, y en la mia me encuentro, una cama que no encaja en el hueco, colchon superincomodo, un enchufe salido y lo que se supone que es el soporte de una mesita (ver fotos), donde supuestamente va la tetera(que esta encima de una silla), una ventana llena de mierda, que da miedo abrirla por toda la mierda que te va a entrar, una cortina inutil, que no sirve ni para tapar la ventana, un armario que no le han quitado el polvo en su vida, y que la puerta choca con la TV que esta sujeta del propio armario, pasemos a mis favoritos, una A/C que puesto a 16ºC no hace mas que tirar aire caliente, y un aseo que para cagar tienes que tener la puerta abierta y como seas de culo ancho como yo, cagas de lado. Intente ponerme en contacto con recepción por el numero de contacto que tienen ellos mismos puestos, he vuelto del viaje y aun estoy esperando que me respondan. Si estas pensando en irte a Londres, huye de este sitio, corre y no mires atras.

My friend and I arrived at the check in at 14:30 but no one was there, and we had to contact the structure (mind you there were three other people waiting).
When we entered the room the floor was dirty, but mostly we noticed a fan so we tried to understand where the air conditioning was, cause on booking they listed it as a provided service but the staff told us there was no air conditioning, and they told us to contact booking for a refund.
Then we noticed a strange bug on the toiled carpet and we kill€d it, and the we went out.
When we came back at 1:40 am, and we turned the light on we noticed A LOT of bed bugs crawling all over the bed.
Fortunately our luggage were close.
We contacted the structure and booking cause AGAIN there was NO ONE at the reception, so we decided to leave and find another accommodation cause the was NO WAY we were sleeping there.
We never received an answer from the structure, and asked for a full refund on booking.
Pls DO NOT CHOSE THIS HOTEL.

Il soggiorno è stato estremamente deludente. L’aria condizionata non funzionava in nessuna delle camere, come confermato anche da altri ospiti presenti nella struttura.
Il problema principale è stata però la presenza di cimici dei letti nella nostra camera, situazione che a quanto pare interessava anche altre stanze. Una volta scoperto il problema, non è stato più possibile dormire e abbiamo trascorso gli ultimi due giorni praticamente senza riposo.
La pulizia della camera è risultata inadeguata per tutta la durata del soggiorno: non è mai stata effettuata una vera pulizia, il cestino non è stato svuotato e, per due ospiti, è stato fornito un solo asciugamano dopo due giorni.
Le fotografie presenti nell’annuncio non corrispondono allo stato reale della struttura, che appare trascurata e fatiscente.
A fronte di queste condizioni, ho richiesto il rimborso tramite Booking, non avendo ricevuto risposta dal responsabile della struttura. La situazione è stata documentata con foto e video.
