Unstaffed and unloved hotel.
Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

My original room 106 had bedbugs. The replacement room was next to a party room. As there are now no staff on site, nothing can be done about loud guests. I asked the guys in the room next door to be quiet so they turned on the TV loud instead. They partied from 1am until 4am. I used the hotel’s recommended WhatsApp and nothing was done. You’re on your own in this place. Better to stay anywhere else.

Pros:

The closeness of the tube station so I could book another hotel. Do not stay in this hotel. AVOID!

Cons:

The room was filthy, after only staying in bed an hour I began to get itchy, it was at this moment I realised that the bed was covered in lice. I left the hotel and booked in else where. This is not a 3 star hotel, in fact it does not resemble a hotel. No security, no reception, the room as can be seen from the photos was shocking. The bathroom was horrible. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

I try to sleep and i find Bad Bags on bed. They bit me in at least 10–14 different places on my body. looking like monster) i have very big problems after that…

0 Service , nicht passabel sondern komplett runtergekommen , Dusche mit Schimmel, Waschbecken leckt, Betten dreckig, Schrank & Wände komplett versifft teilweise mit Krusten, Boden lange nicht gereinigt, Klimaanlage defekt dafür war ein komplett verstaubter wackeliger Ventilator im Zimmer, Fenster ging nicht zu. Habe zuständiges Gesundheitsamt kontaktiert …

( grundsätzlich habe ich mit etwas abgerockt kein Problem aber das hier war echt eklig !)

Location was good but that was about it

Cons:

It was dirty as hell and I had bed bugs ! I complained but they kept ignoring me and still do - it’s cheap but I still expect a certain level of cleanness and a bedbug free bed !
