La habitación era amplia. El desayuno correcto!

A mi entender al hotel le falta mantenimiento, si bien se notaba en partes que lo estaban refaccionando, todavía le falta bastante. El mueble del baño estaba con herrumbre, la ducha mal diseñada y se mojada todo el piso.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL EXPERIENCE — INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND OUTRAGEOU

This was, without question, one of the WORST hotel experiences I have ever had! The level of incompetence, disrespect, and complete disregard for guests was absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING!
For some inexplicable reason, the hotel's booking system failed to update the number of guests on my reservation. We only discovered this problem upon arriving at the property. I immediately explained the situation and repeatedly requested that my daughter be added to the reservation, making it perfectly clear that I was willing to pay any legitimate additional charges.
What followed was an unbelievable display of incompetence.
The hotel staff repeatedly attempted to charge my credit card, eventually trying THREE DIFFERENT CARDS, only to claim that every single transaction was being declined! Their POS system was clearly malfunctioning, yet instead of finding a reasonable solution, they continued wasting our time and creating unnecessary frustration.
And the manager? ABSOLUTELY USELESS!
Rather than resolving a straightforward reservation issue, he charged me an additional $65 just to move us from one miserable rat trap to another equally miserable rat trap that happened to have a bed! The result? My wife, my daughter, and I were forced to sleep together in ONE bed for the entire night. Completely unacceptable, especially considering what this hotel ultimately charged us.
The manager assured me that the situation would be resolved the following day at 3:00 PM. We trusted his word and waited. However, when I approached him at the agreed time, his attitude was nothing short of ARROGANT, RUDE, AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Instead of honoring his promise or even attempting to help, he essentially blamed me for the entire situation and flatly refused to do anything about it.
When I informed him that I had had enough and would be leaving the hotel, his response was that HE DIDN'T CARE!
