Location near my son in Paddington. Near shops and cafes.
Open shower. Water went all over bathroom floor. Only two tea bags and more milk would have been nice. Also there was a cockroach in bathroom.
Location is perfect right opposite from BJ private hospital. Stayed overnight after the surgery. Good linen. Good working aircon. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
Mattress is very uncomfortable, too soft and no supporting the back at movements (made potentially cheap without independent pocketed springs).
Toilet bowl had dirty brown marks inside potentially not cleaned from previous guests. Room had unpleasant stiff odour and its took few hours ventilating the room with open window and some average household sprays staff kindly offered.
Curtains also unfresh and holds bad odour.
Please note for improvement: It’s very pleasant scent at the hotel entrance and would be beneficial if it’s used in rooms for exactly same freshness.

It was dark, smelly and gloomy
Fabulous location, friendly staff and reasonably priced.
I found the parking garage a little hard to find but once you know where is that t was super easy.
Not enough parking bays for the amount of rooms in the hotel

Small entry. I missed it the first time trying to find it. Small roof sign. Possibly an illuminated one would work better.
Shower door / frame leaked. Wet bathroom floor and soggy floor mat.

I was a little disappointed with the catering, on your website this offered a very different aspect of availability.
Another little thing, when you provide coffee, you need mire than 2 sachets, we were there fir 2 days, as well milk, these are little things, but make a difference. Coffee maker might be a better option.
We also had no rubbish bins on the first day, but were replaced on the second day.
Easy access and accommodating for a late check out.
Older TV in room. Had issues with picture. Possibly needs updating to newer technology.
