Great ecxperience, would repeat
Pros:

Great location right next to a huge mall with so many dining options. Exceptional service from a very friendly staff that really went the extra mile for me. Comfy bed, good size room, great view and a VERY good breakfast with a delicious bakery.

Cons:

The shower pressure was a lot weaker than in comparable hotels. The gym could have more equipment

Pros:

This hotel is directly connected to Central Park Mall, which is very convenient for my wife to explore and enjoy shopping while I'm out golfing.
It is also easy to find meals since the hotel has direct access to the mall, where there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, food stalls, and kiosks to choose from.
There are also many beautiful spots for photos and OOTD sessions. It's truly a shopping and lifestyle paradise for my wife! 😊

Cons:

There is no Netflix available on the TV, which was a bit disappointing, especially for relaxing in the room after a long day.
The room layout is somewhat unusual, making the space feel smaller than it actually is.
The housekeeping service could be improved. On several occasions, the staff forgot to replenish basic amenities such as bottled water, tea, sugar, laundry bags, and toiletries.
The hotel is located right in the heart of Jakarta, which is convenient for accessing shopping malls and attractions. However, the downside is the heavy traffic congestion around the area. Getting to and from the hotel can be quite time-consuming, especially during peak hours.
