Pleasant stay, oldish hotel due for refresh.
Pros:

Good breakfast spread. Lots of options international and local.
Location next to a mall which gives additional dining options
Comfortable bed

Cons:

The room layout with the open toilet concept.
Furnishings and fittings felt old and due for a refresh. I stayed at the hotel 10 years ago, and the difference is marked.
Breakfast buffet staff needs more people to handle the drink orders.
My room faced a block of apartments which meant the blinds have to be drawn all the time.

للاسف الفندق مقيم بأنه 5 نجوم . ولا كنه لايستاهل اكثر من نجمتين
عانيت معهم كثيراً .
النظافه تعبانه.
اتصلت فيهم بخصوص المكيف كان ساخن. وقاموا بتصليحه. وللاسف كان ساخن بعد. الى ان تشاجرت معهم. وغيروا لي الغرفه. مرافق الغرفه من مكواه وتلفاز وغيرها. كلها ماتوحي ان فندق 5 نجوم. المكواه اسلاكها خارجه . سكيت الكهربا للغرفه كان متعطل ..من غير ان الحمام مزروع زرع ف الغرفه. لاتغركم الصور . الحمام موقعه جداااااا سيء.. من غير ان طلبت منهم ان ازيد يوم واحد لحجزي. لان الطيران كنسل حجزي بسبب الظروف الراهن ف العالم. وطلبوا من 3 اضعاف السعر الي حجزته. رفضوا التعاون معي. مع اني عطيتهم رسالة الطيران كدليل. ورفضوا النزول فسعر .. لا اتمنى الرجوع له. لان فندق حرام يعطى 5 نجوم

Love this hotel. Have stayed here many times.
Pros:

Location near toll road and next to shopping mall a big plus. The buffet is absolutely amazing and felt very safe to eat. The staff were all so professional and welcoming.
