La recepcionista, una chica de lentes, mujer delgada con lentes, muy prepotente.
falta irle variando un poco
la cortina quemada no tapaba pareja la luz ya q el ganchito estaba suelto..el ventanal q daba al balcon no servia el seguro osea quedaba abierto...el bano falta darle mantenimiento de yeso en algunas partes, 2 dias no nos pusieron toallas de las manos...no servia el clima en 1er dia en el restaurant con el calor de alla fue terrible y se fue la luz

Que siempre se cobra aparte IVA 16% mas 3% impuesto estatal al final es un precio muy diferente al que se promocionaba y te desconcierta

La ubicacion ,la cama comoda.
El desayuno podría mejorar ,ya que ha venido de mas a manos en la calldad del pan por ejemplo. En las habitaciones falta un poco de Mantto porque hay que andar solicitando de las mas nuevas ya que los aires acondicionados nos ha tocado en varias ocasiones que no sirven. Yes jabon y shampoo tambien necesitan atención. Ahora en esta estancia me dejaron solo medio rollo de papel de baño para 2 dias. En mks últimas estancias he tenido que estar llamando desde mi teléfono al hotel porque el tel de la habitacion no funciona .
