Pros:

The staff were so friendly. The lovely lady at reception. The staff in the restaurant and bar all so nice.

Cons:

The hotel itself just needs updating. The gutters outside over window were dripping all nite

Shocked that the bed was never checked
Cons:

The bed in the room was not acceptable.
It creaked with every movement which made it almost impossible to sleep.
plus the bed was vey low down.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Yes the Hotel is very comfortable and lovely atmosphere. But for us it was the staff that made it perfect in every section of the Hotel . It was our 2nd time staying here . It was just as nice as the first visit.

25 minute wait between courses, with an extra 20 minute wait to order desert, food poor, dust on ledges in restaurant booths, breakfast poor also, bedrooms too hot, even with fan provided, pillows cheap and uncomfortable. Poor lighting in room,

Lovely hotel
Pros:

It was close to our event, quite, lovely bar , perfect lovely food, very comfortable beds great showers iron and ironing board in cupboard and hair dryer in drawer

Cons:

It was VERY warm we were melting now it was 26°C outside we had 2 windows open all night but it was very stuffy and hot 🥵
