Staff and facilities. The pool spa facilities were great and the manger was first class.

Staff are lovely, helpfull. Bar staff are happy professional with good humour. Clean. Quiet. Good food. Near the town centre. Safe carpark.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. the breakfast was good and we ate in the hotel for lunch and the food was high quality and so tasty and good value.
We were very disappointed with the shower. We stayed in 419 and it was difficult to regulate the shower, it had very poor pressure and was not not hot. Given the very expensive cost to stay at the hotel , at a minimum it is expected to have a good shower. I did report this to the receptionist the following morning.
Very disappointed too that there was no drinking water available in the room.
Stayed here on many occasions when over visiting my mother. Great location for a short walk into Carlow town. All the staff are fantastic. Can’t fault the place

The pool
The bed was comfortable and the showers were powerful and hot.
The hotel and room were very clear.
There was confusion about my booking when I arrived to the hotel and I was told there was no booking eventhough I had phoned earlier to confirm. There was no reassurance that the problem would be sorted.
Fantastic staff, from front of house to bar, restaurant, housekeeping etc. Really enjoyed our stay., thank you.
