Hotel location is great as it is very close to the centre. Owner Carmelo goes out of his way to facilitate your stay and provide information required. Recommended hands down. Very very good restaurants in the vicinity. Carmelo is ready to suggest some very good ones if requested.
Problem with transport as connections are rather difficult. Suggest to hire a car if one wants to set base in cental ragysa

Wifi very bad
Lo mejor, la atención de Carmelo en el desayuno; un desayuno con no muchas opciones, pero todas de muy buena calidad, personalizadas, y con buena vajilla. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, y con buena iluminación. La ubicación es lejos de Ragusa Ibla, pero a pasos de la Catedral de San Juan Bautista.
El horario de recepción es limitado, y hay momentos en que no se puede acceder al alojamiento. No tiene ascensor y tiene una escalera larga e incómoda para quienes viajan con valijas grandes o pesadas. La cama es dura, el Wifi pésimo, y el duchador es estrecho.

Slechte en vieze badkamer, kapotte douch, alles kon een goede poets en opknapbeurt gebruiken.

Perfetta posizione a Ragusa superiore. a pochi metri dalla piazza principale (piazza San Giovanni). a pochi passi si trovano tanti ristoranti, bar, osterie e servizi vari. Parcheggio libero a 300 metri (oltre a quelli a pagamento). Colazione fatta sul momento (salato e dolce). Gestori e personale gentilissimi. Stanze familiari grandissime.
Bagno un pò datato ma con tutte le sue funzionalità/necessità.
Posizione centrale vicino alla catedrale. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio sulla stessa strada, gratuito di notte e nei giorni festivi.
Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Sono venuti incontro a ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo segnalato 2 cosine da sistemare nella camera e sono intervenuti subito sulla manutenzione, anche se era domenica.
Ragusa Ibla raggiungibile a piedi in 30 min.
Tavoli e sedie di metallo a colazione, senza cuscini ne tovaglie. Suggerirei l'aggiunta di cuscini e almeno tovagliette usa e getta.
Frigo rumoroso in stanza. Fuori sulla parete era attaccato un apparecchio grande che sembrava parte del sistema di aria condizionata o acqua da scaldare. Faceva rumore e si sentiva sia sul balcone che nella stanza. Da controllare se non crea campi elettromagnetici, dato che si trova a 30 cm dalla testa quando si dorme in quella stanza.
