Very enjoyable 5-night stay that I will be happy to repeat some time.
Pros:

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and restaurant meals very high quality. Tremendous views across the harbour.

Cons:

Could have done with air conditioning (only some rooms have it). It was a heatwave.

Pros:

The warm, kind receptionist, Richard, made my stay feel very special.
My room was upgraded, free of charge, which was a wonderful surprise!
Bed was comfortable and the balcony had a fantastic view of the port.
Very convenient location near the town centre and ferry terminal for Herm.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like- every aspect was perfect.

An excellent stay in Guernsey. Thank you.
Pros:

I had the benefit of a free upgrade which made the whole experience exceptional. However, that aside, this is a very well presented hotel with friendly staff, a great view from bedrooms, dining room and terrace, and a short walk to the harbour and town.

Cons:

On this occasion I couldn’t fault anything. /

Pros:

Chambres agréable avec une belle vue. Lit très confortable.

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit à cause d'une soirée à
proximité de l'hôtel. Cela a duré tard dans la nuit..
Nous y avons dîné. Ce n'était franchement pas a la hauteur de l'hôtel. Le chef devrait revoir ses classiques !!

Centraal gelegen hotel van prima kwaliteit.
Pros:

Hotel dicht bij de ferryhaven en nabij het centrum. Prima restaurant met goed menu en met mooi zicht op de haven. Nette kamers en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Goed ingerichte badkamer, maar een renovatie zou welkom zijn.
