Pros:

Lovely pretty venue, in a great location. The hotel is comfortable and stylish, outside garden to sit and enjoy as well. The hotel provides a parking pass for you to park close enough to the venue.
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay with a late night added thunder storm to enjoy 😊.

Incredible boutique hotel in a lovely area.
Pros:

Incredible find. The decoration is classy, stylish and unique throughout. The room was decorated to a high standard, as were the communal areas with excellent artwork. Lovely bedroom, very comfortable bed. A lovely quiet area of an interesting town with plenty to do locally and lots more within a short drive.
I loved the outside space too, a lovely area to sit and unwind in at the end of a day exploring.
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options all freshly cooked to order.
When there we participated in the monthly Supper Club. It was truly exceptional and incredible value for money with high end cuisine.
The hosts (Gavin and Chris) are friendly without being overbearing, truly interesting, knowledgeable about the local area and attractions. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
A definite must for a return visit.

Pleasant stay, lovely little town. Manorhaus in great location.
Pros:

Location excellent, room comfortable. Nice tea and coffee making facilities. Our room had a nice feel. Parking permit brilliant.

Cons:

Our bathroom ready for a refresh. Shower gel dispensers and shower drain need updating.

Restful, stylish, friendly and a great position in Ruthin
Pros:

The owners were very attentive and helpful. Information on parking, the room, local amenities was helpful. Breakfast was great and a shame we did not stay for dinner as i hear this hotel has a good restaurant.

Cons:

found it difficult to use the TV in room 2, but as we were not staying allot of time in the hotel bedroom, it was not a big issue

Good location, parking, clean.
Pros:

We didn't eat in the hotel at all, didn't actually ever see anyone eat there. We never met the owners, just got in via their helpful emails and parked in the nearby Dog Lane car par (3 minute walk to the hotel). The room was clean, fairly comfortable, good location for the sights in Ruthin.

Cons:

The bathroom fan was very noisy for a period of running, it's also in the wrong place as the whole room and even the bedroom fills up with steam. I had to unplug a lamp to be able to have enough sockets for charging devices. The tea tray is on a small table that provides no room to actually make the tea, had to move the mugs etc to the desk to make room.

Great short break destination
Pros:

The hotel is old and full of character. The decor is so lovely and classy. Found the library on the last day unfortunately but a great little room full of everything. Food was extremely good and hosts absolutely lovely - nothing was too much trouble and even helped with ideas of places to go on our day out. Very personable and attentative, asking how our day was. Would definitely stay again. Very good value for money.

Cons:

The lighting was a little dark near the bathroom door/mirror and near the kettle and the kettle was on a very short table which was too low for us - but a very small issue which we solved by moving it during our stay.
