Checkin war trotz geschlossener Rezeption unkompliziert, da es vorher detaillierte Anweisung gab, wie ich ins Zimmer komme. Eine Mitarbeiterin rief mich sogar an, um nachzufragen, ob ich die Information erhalten habe.

Cons:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, insbesondere das Rührei war hervorragend.

Goed hotel, maar minder gezellig dan voorheen
Pros:

Mooi hotel met goede faciliteiten en goede service. Onze kamer was perfect, lekker ruim met een groot balkon met uitzicht op de bergen. De locatie is goed. Op korte afstand met de auto is een kabelbaan naar de Hahnenkamm, een berggebied waar je prima kunt wandelen over gemakkelijke of wat steilere paden. Er zijn diverse berghutten. Ook voor kinderen is het daar boven erg leuk, glijbanen, ondiep water, grot achter waterval, bijzondere klimpaadjes, etc.

Cons:

Wij waren hier al enkele malen eerder geweest. Toen was het een gezellig familiehotel met bediening in mooie klederdracht en veel persoonlijke aandacht. Nu ervoeren wij het als veel zakelijker en minder gezellig. Er was 1 dame als kelner die wel heel weinig 'cachet' had. Ze stond er als een zoutzak bij zo nu en dan. Ze deed veel teveel tegelijk en vergat ook dingen. Een jonger meisje was veel persoonlijker, maar kreeg minder ruimte, Beetje jammer allemaal. We hebben de laatste avond een andere plek gevonden om te dineren. Een plek met leuker personeel.
