Lovely stay in Bath
Pros:

Position to the city centre and friendly and helpful staff, large room with lots of nice touches.

Cons:

Having to pay charge for car parking, no lounge so felt like a good B&B rather than a hotel which it looked like from the outside (smaller than it appears)

Authentieke, slordige charme in een warm familiaal hotel.

De authenticiteit en charme van het huis, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel.

Cons:

De kleine kamer in vergelijking met de prijs. Bepaalde details die niet af zijn (verwelkte onverzorgde planten in de plantenbakken), een wankele tafel die recht wordt gehouden met servetten eronder, stof onder de bar, onverzorgde details die je niet verwacht van een 5 sterren hotel.

Could have been fantastic, but…..
Pros:

A lovely property but be careful which room you choose. Great location.

Cons:

The suite “overlooking the front garden” is in the basement. It is spacious and well appointed but is not fit for use. It sits underneath the bar and restaurant and every little noise is amplified into the room below. Someone tip-toeing above sounds like a giants footsteps. This room should not have been let to guests. It needs significant structural improvement to rectify this major deficiency. Not possible to get rest in this room. We raised our concern and were moved to a quiet room the next night. This is a known issue but still they put guests in this very expensive room.

Tolle Läge im Herzen von Bath
Pros:

Nur ein kurzer Fußweg in das Herz der Stadt. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr entgegenkommend. Frühstück war ein kleines Highlight. Liebliches Hotel mit Charme und Charakter. In jedem Fall empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Parkplatz mit Extrakosten. Auch Trinkgeld wird final berechnet. Sollte inkludiert sein.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

Wonderful staff. A beautiful hotel and lovely room with a very comfy bed and many amenities. Great location . Lovely breakfast room with food cooked to order . The variety of food was extensive and was very tasty. Highly recommended.
