Дуже зручний і сучасний номер. Чисто. Завжди були чисті рушники, халати і прибране сміття. Навіть стакан, який залишила на "потім помию" був вже помитий по приходу у номер😅. Маленьке прохання додати ще один стілець і можливо стіл на балкон, бо одного на двох замало. Обслуговування на рівні🫶🏻

Все понравилось! Останавливаемся в этом отеле уже не первый раз и, как всегда, остались довольны. В номере чисто и уютно, персонал вежливый и внимательный, всегда готов помочь. Отдельно хочется отметить стабильное качество сервиса — приятно возвращаться в место, где поддерживают высокий уровень обслуживания. Спасибо за комфортный отдых, обязательно приедем снова!

Cons:

Из моментов, которые немного удивили: стоимость раннего заезда выросла со 50 до 100 евро. Понимаю, что это, вероятно, связано с началом сезона, поэтому отношусь к этому с пониманием.

Также при заселении нам сообщили, что нам повысили категорию номера, однако по факту номер выглядел точно так же, как тот, который мы бронировали по фотографиям и описанию. Возможно, нам просто хотели сделать приятный комплимент, но заметной разницы мы не увидели.

Готель в самому центрі міста, дуже зручна локація. Відмінний персонал, особлива подяка адміністратору Інні за можливість раннього поселення. Чисто, комфортно, зручно, гарний готель. Дуже смачні сніданки. Рекомендую для броні , повернемося ще.
