Pros:

Convience to the city and tourist destinations

Cons:

The room we were in was pretty noisy from the outside traffic, also didn't realise it didn't have an elevator which made it difficult especially after long days

Aircon didn't really seem to do much and the shower head was constantly leaking, otherwise overall it was a decent stay

Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Clearly, the way it looks from the outside doesn’t reflect the inside of the hotel at all. The manager was excellent, as were all the services provided. The bed was very comfortable, the cleanliness was 10/10, and the room was spacious!

Not worth the money charged, can get better accommodation for the money charged.

The stairs, small room, tap sink nearly coming off- not stable, entrance of bathroom not levelled- can create an accident, supplies limited for example towels.

Excellent, will definitely be back.
Pros:

Excellent in every way. Clean and comfortable with tea, coffee and a mini bar (no alcohol). Great location. Easy check in.

Cons:

Be aware there’s no lift and all rooms are upstairs. No problem for me, but good to know.

Was clean enough but definitely looked nicer in the photos online. The bathroom door didn't close properly. There was a huge puddle in the carpet in front of the bathroom. I'm assuming it's from all the previous guests using the shower as the ledge on the shower floor is not deep enough so water just floods out into the bathroom and must have gone out onto the carpet. We had to use our towels to absorb the copious amounts of water that floods onto the bathroom floor while showering. No bath mat was provided. Can't imagine what kind of mould may be growing under the carpet there. Must be what made the room have a weird smell. No elevators as well.

Clean and tidy if you you can sleep through the rustle of rats.
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Rats in the wall and ceilings woke me up at 2am and couldn't get back to sleep.
