Miła Pani Laura na recepcji

Cons:

Została doliczona dodatkowa opłaca za pokój za 3 osobę gdzie wybrany został pokój 3 osobowy i pokój był przygotowany na 3 osobowy. Finalnie zamiast 600 zł zapłaciliśmy finalnie 850 .
Na booking nie było różnicy w cenie 2 osoby vs 3

Pros:

The reception space is nice, the rest absolutely nothing so special or exciting.

Cons:

With our arrival on the reception, after a long travel, under slept and tired, we’ve come across to the receptionist called Karina, which was extremely unwelcoming and unpleasant. Although there has been a minor mistake with my booking, either by my fault or the website, Karina was rude and disrespectful with her nervous attitude. She simply wasn’t professional and didn’t belong behind the reception that day OR in general if that’s her personality and behaviour in general.

Pros:

La posizione molto vicina alla fermata della metro e dell'autobus, con i quali si raggiunge il centro in circa dieci minuti. Nonostante il buffet della cena fosse decisamente scarno, le pietanze proposte erano cucinate bene, la colazione adeguata ad un quattro stelle.

Cons:

La quadrupla era davvero minuscola e non c'è possibilità di aprire la finestra, a meno che non venga comunicato preventivamente alla reception. Il parcheggio convenzionato all'interno del loro garage estremamente caro, ho preferito parcheggiare su strada (parcheggio libero dalle 22 del venerdì alle 9 del lunedì) e poi usufruire del parcheggio della metro limitrofo, che consente di lasciare la macchina con un ticket giornaliero pari a 6 euro. Lo staff gentile e disponibile, sebbene l'impressione sia di stare dentro una struttura "fantasma", non ho percepito grande attenzione verso il cliente.
