Good short stay.
Pros:

Close to metro and between the airport and city central. Huge reception. Elevators were fast and available. Good bathroom and I prefer separated clean and dirty sections.

Cons:

Seems like a converted dorm but well appointed furniture.

Ein insgesamt enttäuschender Aufenthalt ohne Wohlfühlfaktor!

Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nach unserem Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten nicht weiterempfehlen. Bereits beim Empfang fiel uns das Personal durch eine unfreundliche und desinteressierte Art auf, wodurch man sich als Gast nicht wirklich willkommen fühlt.

Die Zimmer wirken stark verbraucht und vermitteln dadurch insgesamt einen ungepflegten bzw. schmutzigen Eindruck. Auch der Zimmerservice war nur bedingt zufriedenstellend. Zusätzlich funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht richtig, was den Aufenthalt noch unangenehmer machte.

Besonders enttäuschend war das gastronomische Angebot: Das Essen ist völlig überteuert und geschmacklich leider absolut nicht überzeugend. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet nur eine sehr geringe Auswahl, einzig das Brot wirkte frisch und ansprechend. Selbst die Getränkeautomaten sind preislich überzogen (z. B. Römerquelle 0,5 l um € 3,- zzgl. € 0,25 Pfand).

Für zwei Nächte haben wir alleine für das Zimmer € 165,- pro Nacht bezahlt, also insgesamt € 330,-. Die Garagenkosten kamen zusätzlich noch separat dazu. Dafür hätten wir uns deutlich mehr erwartet, auch wenn sich die Unterkunft in Wien befindet. Preis und Leistung stehen hier in keinerlei Verhältnis.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Wer, so wie ich, beruflich regelmäßig in Hotels übernachtet, hat gewisse Erwartungen an Sauberkeit, Service und Komfort. Diese müssen keineswegs über dem Standard von zuhause liegen, sollten diesem jedoch zumindest entsprechen. Genau das war hier leider nicht einmal ansatzweise der Fall.

Diese Rezension schreibe ich bewusst sehr deutlich, in der Hoffnung, dass das Management die zahlreichen Kritikpunkte ernst nimmt und den Gästen künftig deutlich mehr Wertschätzung entgegenbringt. Wir können kaum glauben, dass wir mit dieser Meinung alleine sind.
