sehr empfehlenswert mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderschön, die Nächte waren angenehm kühl, dunkel und ruhig. Die Spielgelegenheiten für die Kinder sind sehr ansprechend und vielfältig. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich, der Service an der Bar Abends ebenfalls.

Cons:

die sehr wenigen veganen Alternativen beim Frühstück sind lieblos und schmecken nach wenig bis nichts, ich war allerdings vorbereitet und brachte Eigenes mit. Der Rest des Frühstücks fällt üppig-deftig aus, ist allerdings insgesamt sehr klassisch Fleisch- und Eilastig. Die Betten sind komfortabel und die Zimmer sauber. Lediglich die Holzbohlen der Terrasse sollten bald erneuert werden.. das ist aber nichts wirklich Gefährliches.

Breakfast is good, normal continental one. Quality is overall what one would expect from JUFA, practical, good quality everywhere, nothing luxurious.

Közel van Mariazell és az Erlaufsee is. A személyzet kedves, a szoba tiszta és kényelmes.

Cons:

Sajnos nincs klíma a szobákban és a közös részeken sem, ebben a júniusi hőségben nem volt kellemes. Valamint nincs hűtő/minibár sem, eléggé hiányzott. Parkolás 7€ volt, egy olyan parkolóban ahol bárki bármikor megállhat és a rendszámot sem kérdezték. Nem egy nagy összeg, csak furcsa.

A személyzet segítőkész. A szálloda tiszta. Kimondottan gyerekbarát(homokozo, hinták, foci és röplabdapálya. Beltéren kiskonyha, mászófal).
A konyha és a kiszolgàlás szuper!

Cons:

Június utolsó heteiben, mielőtt véget ér az iskolai időszak, 120 gyerek volt a szállodában. Velük voltunk mi egy 2 éves kisfiúval és 2 másik család.
Gyerektábor feeling volt. Ha tudjuk, nem jövünk. Nem lehet úgy pihenni, ha 120 gyerek mászkál a folyosókon, 6:20 kor kelnek…. Semmi bajom a gyerekekkel, egyszerűen csak kisgyerekes családként ez nem pihentető így. Egyik csalàdnak sem.
A szálloda abszolút alkalmas ennyi gyerek elszállásolására, de egyàltalán nem vendégbarát ezekben a hetekben.
Mi kérésre kaptunk màsik szobát, ami segített. Ezt köszönjük! De érdemes lenne átgondolni az előzetes tájékoztatást, vagy egyszerűen csak ezekben az időszakokban nem fogadni mást, csak a gyerekeket.

Mit den vielen Schüler-Gästen, die munter aber trotzdem sehr diszipliniert waren, haben im Hotel eine tolle Atmosphäre gemacht und Leben hinein gebracht.
