I booked this hotel for my wife & her 2 sisters, here is their feedback
Total shock on arrival.
*Photos are deceptive* – Only tight, cropped shots hiding how cramped and poor the rooms are. Online vs. reality are two different hotels.
*Major issues for 3 adults, 6 nights:*
- No proper wardrobe – just a 1m wide unstable rack with hangers, no drawers.
- Tiny bathroom: toilet attached to bed headboard, glass partition only. Zero privacy.
- No lobby – just a dirty front desk area with a capacity off 3-4 people standing.
- Run-down entrance, and no car access – dragged heavy luggage to door.
- Large stain on couch, poor housekeeping. Extra bed was awful.
- Elevator fits 2 people with no suitcase.
*Night Rates*: Same nightly rate as top 5-star hotels in the city, but 2-star quality. Not worth it.
We checked out immediately. Hotel & Booking.com kept bouncing us back and forth for a refund. No solution till now
*Bottom line*: Don’t get fooled by the pictures. Save your money.
*Rating: 1/5* – Only because zero isn’t an option.

The hotel staff member .Her name was Guler .She was exceptionally professional, courteous, and very helpful. When we arrived, our reservation was for a Bosphorus view room, but it was located on the first floor and the view was not satisfactory. She kindly upgraded our reservation from a standard room to a suite at no extra charge. The suite had a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, and we were very pleased with the upgrade. Her excellent service and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable
