Voy por el lugar y Valparaiso
Pros:

El entorno, tambien el diseño del edificio y cercanía con lugares para salir y comer, la tranquilidad en el hotel

Cons:

Atención del personal de recepción principalmente. Al llamar indican enseguida que no tienen reserva y posteriormente al revisar por otros canales si hay. La llegada sin estacionamiento y te responsabilizan que debo avisar antes. No tienen datos para hacer el parking o bien les da lo mismo. El personal del restaurante no todos muy amables

Estar en el paraiso!!!!!
Pros:

El hotel está en pleno cerro alegre y muy cerca de cerro concepción. Todo el personal es muy amable y te ayudan en todo momento por todo lo que necesites. El desayuno que era de una calidad superior y todo buenísimo lo servian a la planta superior donde podías disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas al puerto. Las habitaciones son grandes y muy cómodas y con vistas al puerto. Todo el hotel es nuevo con una decoración de madera y hierro totalmente relajante. Vale la pena cenar al menos una noche y disfrutar de la puesta de sol degustando una copia de vino y una exquisita comida. Puedes visitar andando los dos cerros y bajar al plan. Cada rincon és una emocion. Puedes ver una gran cantidad de murales, tiendas de grandes artistas con un diseño exquisito y un monton de restaurantes para comer.

En pleno corazón de Valparaíso con lindas vistas
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, apenas subiendo el ascensor Reina Victoria en el pasaje Dimalow, cerca de muchos restaurant y circuitos turísticos, me resultó muy cómoda la ubicación para salir de noche por el barrio. El desayuno súper completo, con cerales, granolas, diferentes tipos de pan, frutas, opciones vegetarianas como hummus, champiñones, tomatitos. También huevos, tocino, jamón, quesos, mantequilla, mermelada, manjar, mini pastelitos. Y el detalle de que nos llevaron jugo recién exprimido de naranja. El lugar es bien particular por estar en un cerro, con vista geniales de la bahía y de Valpo, tiene un jardín interior, pequeñas terrazas y espacios para sentarse a leer o conversar.

Cons:

Al ser de madera, se escucha un poco el movimiento de las otras habitaciones, yo no tengo problema con eso y mi marido tampoco, pero alguien quizás más sensible con eso podría afectarlo si le toca vecinos ruidosos.

Posizione fantastica, proprio nella parte ideale per esplorare Valparaiso. Fantastica la terrazza dove viene servita la colazione, che e’ anche un bar perfetto per un aperitivo e un buon ristorante. Stanza ampia e pulita.

Cons:

Le stanze non sono molto insonorizzate e la notte, specie nel weekend, si sente rumore sia dall’esterno che dal bar/ristorante.

Visita Fauna todos los años y siempre nos llevamos una experiencia positiva. Además el sector está ofreciendo mejores alternativas turísticas y gastronómicas.
