La habitación tenía mucho olor a desagüe, fue muy desagradable, baño en mal estado, todos los espacios comunes muy bien pero en las habitaciones falta bastante amor para que el precio valga la pena

El hotel en general es muy lindo, y agradable. La atención también muy amables. La cama super cómoda y la ducha también rica.
Hacía mucho frío y la habitación nuestra estaba heladísima. No así el resto del hotel, el lobby y pasillos tenían mejor temperatura que la pieza, y no era un lugar grande como para que fuera dificil de calentar. De hecho había un tipo de calefacción pero no calentaba NADA. Tuvimos que pedir al señor que estaba de guardia en la noche que nos consiguiera un calefactor, fue muy amable y trajo lo que había, pero era un calefactor suuuuper antoguo que era bastante deficiente. Eso me decepcionó muchísimo porque si pagué 100.000 pesos chilenos la noche esto no puede ser.
El desayuno en general bien, pero sería genial que hubiesen más opciones veganas.

The wifi worked poorly on the bottom floor But was excellent in the common area and restaurant. A wifi extender in the lower floor would solve this issue

Las habitaciones estan un poco descuidadas, la puerta de la terraza no cerraba del todo, y el baño tenia algunos detalles.
Amazing architecture and interior design fitting for Valparaíso. Location is fantastic, right in the heart of Cerro Alegre. Comfortable beds and we had a beautiful view over the bay. Breakfast is outstanding especially on the balcony overlooking the ocean.
Be aware that there are no closets in the room. Rooms are stylish, comfortable but small.

The staff were lovely and the location was perfect. They allowed us to check in a little early and offered to store our bags.
We stayed in Room 19 and there was a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom. We asked the staff about it and were given a can of air freshener but we had to leave the window wide open and the bathroom door closed the entire time to cope with the sewage smell. The noise from the restaurant closing and cleaning up directly above our room was unbelievably loud.
