personnel très sympatique et serviable, très bonne nourriture au restaurant

Cons:

hotel malheureusement en fin de vie, la grande piscine est fermée, une terrasse s'écroule et les toitures en mauvaise forme

Belle hôtel calme piscine très jolie mais une partie de l’hôtel à l’abandon dommage la vue sur la jungle très belle

La disponibilité du personnel, la proximité avec Chichén Itza

Cons:

Le chemin en terre avec de grosses flaques pour arriver à l'hotel à fait un peu peur, le point GPS qui nous a arrêté devant un établissement au toit effondré... Heureusement il y avait bien un hôtel au bout du chemin. Toute une zone de repos (bassin, transats...) en travaux.. heureusement qu'il y avait une autre piscine.

A dzsungelben van, a hotel teruleten belul kulon kis bungalokkal. Nagyon jol ereztuk magunkat, a szemelyzet egy tagjaval Marvinnal osszebaratkoztunk es rengeteg dolgot meselt a yucatan felszigetrol ami meg inkabb novelte az elmenyt! ☺️

Das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht der Beschreibung auf der Internetseite. Die Rezeption war wegen eines eingestürzten Dachs unbenutzbar, sodass der Check-in improvisiert im Essbereich stattfand. Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend (nur etwas Obst und trockenes Toast trotz Bezahlung). Die Zimmer waren dreckig und wirkten ungenutzt. Zudem war ein Pool komplett grün und unbenutzbar. Insgesamt machte alles einen sehr merkwürdigen und ungepflegten Eindruck. Aus diesem Hotel könnte man so viel mehr machen. Sehr schade.

Kamer kon niet op slot, geen kluisjes aanwezig

Le foto si commentano da sole. In una serata di pioggia ci siamo ritrovati con la camera allagata,pavimento,letto,vestiti,telefoni...e non hanno nemmeno chiesto scusa per l'accaduto
