Great Stay
Pros:

The staff were all so friendly. Rooms were spacious & very clean. The Hotel is in a good central location in the town. We ate in the restaurant & food was good. Good breakfast in the morning which was included in the price of our room

Excellent value for money, lovely staff and a great location.
Pros:

The location was brilliant, very central and easy to find. The breakfast was good and the room comfortable...with a lovely view of the church. Great value for money.

Cons:

It was all good...nothing not to like. Better parking on site would have been a bonus but there is a car park very close by which isn't expensive.

Excellently positioned hotel in town centre, ideal for our needs for a long weekend in Devizes
Pros:

Staff were superb throughout the hotel. Attentive, friendly and efficient.
Bar was great, fine choice of drinks. Good food in the bar, very good breakfast - knowledgeable and effective in dealing with our gluten free needs. Room was spacious and clean, bed very comfortable, bathroom was modern, clean, worked well.

Cons:

Unfortunately our stay was during a very hot spell and despite the ceiling fan, the room was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in.

Lovely large comfy bed, great shower, good breakfast, friendly professional staff

Cons:

Very hot room but it was a 30 degree day. However they supplied a fan and iced bottled water to help.

Pleasent stay in Devizes
Pros:

The staff were lovely, especially the young ladies on reception, breakfast. They were friendly, smiley and were a credit to the hotel.
Fans were provided in the rooms due to hot weather, extra iced water was available FOC at reception.
Free parking on site.
Would recommend 👌

1 Night Devizes stopover
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. Pleasant, helpful staff. Good value. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Room fronted a main road, so traffic noise and heavy lorries passing until quite late and starting quite early

2 night stay in July, Great value for money , lovely staff and food ,comfy bed.
Pros:

Offered free parking on arrival , it was first come first served. We had b and b, breakfast was lovely, we also had an Evening meal on day of arrival, I had scampi and chips , partner had chicken pie and chips , both very nice, would stay again if were in area , very good value for money. It was a heatwave and there was fan on on entering the room which was very welcome .

Cons:

Our bedroom (room 5) window opened directly level with roof terrace. which was an eating and smoking area . The room smelt of smoke on arrival, people sat on our windowsill . also it was noisy until 11pm on a friday night in july, and as it was a heatwave , we had the window open and had to turn tv up quite a bit to hear it. When we told them they did move the benches away from our window and put a sign on saying not to sit on windowsill.

Welcoming, comfortable stay with an excellent breakfast. Highly recommend
Pros:

Have stayed here a number of times and return here every year. It is welcoming, comfortable and in an excellent location for visiting Devizes and the local area. There is a regular, reliable bus service. The hotel breakfast is excellent, allowing you to choose each day what you will want and service is excellent.

There was nothing I didn't like
