Fantastic Staff
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the room was spotless on entry and was kept that way throughout the stay. While there was a bit of a language barrier (English vs Italian) they were very kind and accommodating. You'll be greeted here with a smile. The room was surprisingly spacious and included a mini fridge, but no microwave. There's also a heat pump which worked great, especially on the hot days.

Cons:

I was on the "first" floor (second floor by American standards) and the noise from breakfast and the stairwell were a bit loud in the morning. Unless you're alright with a fair bit of walking, I recommend sorting out transportation to and from the historic center of Modena. Otherwise, it's a great, mostly quite location

Pros:

Posizione comoda per me che dovevo andare al Policlinico, ma anche per arrivare in centro c’era un bus che impiegava 15 minuti. Poi mi è piaciuto il balconcino che avevo nella stanza, le piastrelle del bagno dall’aria vintage e gli asciugamani con le iniziali dell’hotel. Molto buona anche la colazione.

Cons:

Purtroppo non c’erano serrande, soprattutto dal bagno di mattina arrivava molta luce. A me non dà fastidio ma di sicuro potrebbe essere una cosa da rivedere.
