Pros:

The hospitality at this hotel is truly at its best. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and especially sweet with the kids. The location is also great, and the property itself has so much potential. The apartments are very spacious, making them ideal for a comfortable and relaxing family holiday.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the condition of our apartment was disappointing. I wouldn’t necessarily call it outdated, but it was definitely in need of maintenance and repairs. Several things seemed to be falling apart during our stay. Our fridge broke, and the air conditioning was leaking, among other issues.

The staff were always very helpful and did their best to assist us, which we really appreciated. However, when paying almost €270 per night, you naturally expect the accommodation to be in much better condition.

Overall, we really appreciated the wonderful staff, the location, and the spaciousness of the apartment. With some proper maintenance and renovation, this place could be absolutely fantastic.

L'accueil exceptionnel de Greta et Giorgio. Toujours le sourire, un petit mot, une petite attention rendent le séjour particulièrement humain.
Le calme la propreté, la qualité du petit déjeuner et des cappuccini 😘
Un grand merci à l'ensemble de l'équipe pour leur service attentionné et discret.

Tout était parfait ! Cet hôtel est idéalement situé. Tous les personnels sont très serviables et très gentils. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Das Zimmer war schön und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl gefühlt! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal – alle waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen und hat sich sichtlich wohlgefühlt. Eine absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Alles was es braucht - mit etwas Luft nach oben...
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend etwas abseits der Strasse an einem Hügel. Von weitem sieht man das Meer, das man in ca. 7 Autominuten erreichen kann. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Cappuccino sehr lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Badezimmer ist riesig und rollstuhlgängig und hat ein Fenster. Es können keine Mücken ins Zimmer gelangen, da im Bad und bei der Eingangstüre Moskitonetze fix montiert sind. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt, es gibt viele Pflanzen, die ein mediterranes Flair verleihen. Der Pool war sauber, riecht nicht extrem nach Chlor und es gibt eine Dusche und neues trendiges Mobiliar.

Cons:

Das Naturhotel Tanca liegt etwas abseits und die Zimmer sind nur über eine sehr holprige Strasse zu erreichen. Im Zimmer gibts keinen TV und keine Kaffeemaschine und man kann das Fenster leider öffnen. So muss man gezwungenermassen immer die Klimaanlage einschalten, wenn man kühlen möchte. Für zwei Personen ist der vorhandene Schrank eher knapp bemessen und der kleine Kühlschrank ist vom Platz her ebenfalls eine Herausforderung (es hat ausserdem kein Gefrierfach, was bei 38 Grad schon hilfreich wäre!). Die Klimaanlage ist ein älteres Modell und man muss zuerst herausfinden, dass man die vordere Klappe von Hand öffnen muss, um mehr Kühlung zu erzielen. Beim Frühstücksbuffet hätten wir uns mehr Vielfalt (auch Gemüse wie z.B. Gurken, Tomaten, Karotten oder so gewünscht - es gibt fast ausschliesslich Brot, süsses Gebäck, Croissants, Toast, Zwieback und sonstige carbhaltige Komponenten). Die Zimmer werden nur alle paar Tage gereinigt, häufigere Reinigung kostet extra. Es gibt in den Standard-Zimmern keine wirkliche Terrasse (der Autoabstellplatz ist die Terrasse, Schirm oder schattenspendendes Segel fehlt gänzlich, deshalb kann man nur am Morgen oder Abend, wenn keine Sonne scheint, dort sitzen). Insgesamt ist das Naturhotel Tanca ein gutes 3-Sterne-Hotel - nicht mehr aber auch nicht weniger.

Tranquilidad y personal de 10!
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación en medio de la naturaleza, desayuno muy completo y tanto la habitación como la zona de la piscina están muy bien.
El personal increíble! Una atención espectacular, amables, cercanos, dispuestos a ayudar con todo. Maravillosa estancia!!!

Cons:

Todo muy bien, pero por el precio que sale la noche estaría bien que se incluyese la limpieza de la habitación.

Our family holiday on the east coast of magnificient Sardenia
Pros:

Great location for nearby beaches and restaurants. Exquisite staff ready to cater for our needs and helped immensely with tips to make our stay one to remember and yes, to go back again.

Cons:

There wasn't a television and a safe inside the room.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Wonderful and peaceful place in the heart of nature. Very friendly staff who made us feel welcome and always gave us great tips for trips. Perfect for families with children thanks to the swimming pool and excellent breakfast.
