Location was good, nice quiet area and the actual bedroom was nice
The bathroom looked tatty, sink surfaces lifting and peeling. Bath panel warped. Seriously in need of an update. The bed was very uncomfortable too.
Friendly and welcoming
Bit shabby , stains on window seat cushions , just needs a bit of TLC
Breakfast the pastries was mostly gone by the time we got down, had toast, and cereal and a coffee.
The room was huge, with thick black out curtains,
Man talking on phone all night, very loud, and his voice carried everywhere. Was unable to sleep, after trying even moving beds to the single beds, I finally had enough, and was really exhausted and angry, by 5am and so I went out, and shouted out of the door for him to shut up. After that it stopped. But I was very tired this morning. Not the restful nights sleep I was hoping for
I'm fairly sure it was coming from reception area, as we were room 301, and it was coming from towards/down bottom of the spiral staircase,
Bathroom had an issue getting hot water, had to run the sink and bath for ages, to get it hot enough for a shower, and the drain stank
Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. What you would expect from Best Western.
Automated check in. Why can’t you put somebody on the front desk. Food was disappointing. Breakfast looked like it needed another half an hour under the grill.
Very comfortable, clean room and ensuite. Very nice atmosphere and furnishings in other parts of the hotel including dining room. Very good breakfast.
The large sliding window to the ground floor apartment needs repairing. The outer section is broken and stuck open a bit. The inner one I couldn't fix shut so it strictly speaking it meant the room and our belongings weren't secure - if anyone wanted to try to move the inner window they would find it could be slid open. I realised that wasn't likely, but a possibility - so needs fixing.

De medewerkers zijn goud!
Het is een goede stop voor doorreis en de weg was afgezet naar Ipswich waardoor we 2 uur hebben rond gereden om aan te komen. Daar kan hotel niets aan doen. Ontbijt is wel wat minimaal
Good breakfast
The staff were really helpful. The bedroom was very spacious with a large, comfortable bed.
We had two excellent meals in a lovely dining room with, again, excellent staff.
We had two superb days and would not hesitate to use this hotel again.
There was nothing we did not like. The bedroom was beautifully made up on the one night.
