A very pleasant stop close to the beaches
Pros:

Nice quiet location. Nice big room with a small kitchenette and a well stocked fridge with essentials for breakfast. The bathroom as great with a good size shower with plenty of hot water and the water pressure was great.

Cons:

The glass section in the entrance door let the morning light in, it would have been great to have something to cover it to keep the light early morning light out. Everything else was just fine and the staff were very friendly

Shower was a bit of a handful. Water power was very strong. Shower nozzle rotated towards the shower door, I suspect due to the water power.

Better than expected
Pros:

On arrival I was greeted by a very friendly lady who took me to my room & went through where everything was, room was very large with little kitchenette, all very nicely presented and very clean, bed was very comfy & although here for 1 night I thought it was excellent, rooms are a lot better than the pictures portray

This was one of the best dog-friendly places we have ever stayed. They really are considerate hosts
Pros:

It was ‘Tardis-esque’! You really get a lot of space for your money and the information book was so helpful. Our dogs were super happy in there too especially with a beach across the road. It’s also worth pointing out that, although there hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, they stock the fridge and hotel room with an array of food products that would easily suffice - including croissants, milk etc. plus there’s a great dog-friendly place up the road for breakfasts called Balkenna tea room. Girvan is a very friendly area and this hotel is a perfect base for South Ayrshire

Great place to stay
Pros:

Clean and tidy fresh towels lovely room with tv and little kitchen area with fridge and good shower. Perfect location for my needs.

Cons:

Room I was in was great until the last night and someone maybe checked in very late above me thought they were going to come through the ceiling the amount of noise they were making not good not good at all. Next time hopefully I’ll get a room with no upper floor.
