Nice hotel - can't really fault anything
Pros:

Great location to beach and city centre. Not too far from train station.
Room was nice and clean, decent space, comfy beds, not noisy, good shower, kettle for tea/coffee available

Breakfast available but didnt try.

All for a good price

Cons:

Room window faces another hotels room window extremely close - could be awkward if both rooms are occupied - would have to close curtains but during the day maybe not want to have to do that. But was fine - just a thought.

After I booked I was told parking is first come first served but in fairness when I pulled up I got parked straightaway in there car park and have me a permit at 11:00 in the morning so not really a moan

Few pros an cons the location sold it for me an yes I would stay again
Pros:

The view was exceptional, wonderful restaurant an you are located up the strip a bit further so not so noisy

Cons:

The matress was very hard, was sure we booked a bigger room I thought £118 was a bit steep for the room for one night 1 child 2. Adults the staff was fantastic very friendly helpful

Only stayed one night for an event. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Had a lovely meal there as well. Have already booked another stay

Brilliant staff especially Linda the receptionist couldn’t do enough to help and the food in the Dune restaurant was ama

Booked 2rooms a super king and a double really needed a fridge in both bed was comfy the super king had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi bath used the bath the first night but the grime in the bottom the next day was disgusting to was too small
The double toilet seat was broken and the headboard had seen better days

Our room - mould on bathroom sealant, radiator enamel badly chipped and our view looked directly into a brick wall and a window of next door about 5 metres away.

Acceptable for price, this was our third visit in last 20 years.

Friendly staff, good bar, nice swimming pool, good seafront location.good sized shower cubicle .

Cons:

Ancient lift, room door closers too strong which is necessary due to type of door lock causing unnecessary door slamming throughout the night and early morning.
