Bed springs very uncomfortable, couldn't sleep-it actually gave me a bad back since leaving :(

Breakfast not included in the price (just over £100 per night) plus £16 pp for breakfast for this type of budget room was suprising

didn't like anything about the hotel it was not cleaned the carpets was very dirty was not comfortable at all could not wait to leave wouldn't go back to that hotel again not nice place to spend time it was very noisy could not get any sleep people was just banging the door morning and night wouldn't recommended that hotel to anyone.
Nice room with sea view.
Expensive. No breakfast. My wife was charged £7.50 for a bowl of cereal even though i had paid £15.00 for a full english which i presume included cereal which i didnt have. No fridge. No biscuits or snacks in the room. We checked out one day early and asked if any refund but obviously not. I had booked 3 nights by mistake so only myself to blame. Expensive mistake.

Some areas, such as the upstairs pool area and sundeck were a little tired/not in regular use.
Stayed in a family room. Abit small for three people. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff friendly and very helpful. Swimming pool was good but the sides were abit sharp. They have lift which was very old fashioned but was very quirky.
The indoor pool was fantastic.
The sauna didn't work. The pool table was broken and didn't dispense the white ball. Dart board missing darts. Lights in our room flickered. Carpet in the stairs was lifting. There was a funny sort of smell in the corridors and stairs. The bar was great but a tad expensive for what it is. A very creaky bed that felt it was about to collapse

Friendly staff.. Very clean.. Great location.. Dukes restaurant was great value for the great quality of food.. Every night we dined in there..
Breakfast was £15 per Adult and was no way worth it.. Coffee standard.. No pastries.. Toasters were poor.. Meat a bit fatty..
The Hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable at the location. The parking was free and spaces were available. On arrival we could check in early as room was available. We were close to sea front amenities. We did not have food at the Hotel as were there for a party, so cannot comment. But dining area looked good and bar was well stocked. Bed was comfortable and full amenities in the room.
The rooms that we stayed in were a little dated decor wise and could probably do with a redesign.
