The price
No aircon/ parking was tight
Location was perfect for me
I had a room with a king size bed. The bed was two beds pushed together with a very uncomfortable ridge where they joined.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean
We opted for the big bed which was so comfortable we had a great night's sleep. And the balcony was a nice spot to sit and watch the golfers. The room rate was excellent.
Some more coffee sachets would have been nice

Broken toilet seat
Broken fan
Hotel was nice, staff were very nice. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. We had a fan, as it was hot. Air con would have been great.
No shop on the camp site. Water was £2.75 a bottle. Which we thought was really expensive, which you had to buy at the bar.
Staff was fantastic nothing was no trouble
Everything clenliness of both accomodation and grounds
Clean, lots of parking, room size was good
No proper bed for my 10 year old, I wanted 3 beds and got 2 beds plus a bed with a mega think mattress , sung though and all they could offer is pillows or extra bedding to try and make it more comfortable, if they had said when we booked it won't be a proper mattress then would have booked else where, we have used the hotel 3 times so far and would book again but would Rumford in advance next time
The location, the room and staff all excellent
Nothing
Room was clean with a large comfy bed. Tea and coffee was provided. Balcony was a welcome addition but in need of some maintenance. Staff were very helpful and polite.
Breakfast only available on certain days.
Meals in the bar/restaurant were average and the menu was confusing.
Lily on the front desk was awesome at handling my complaint with the limited resources and authority she had. She did her best to resolve and even went above and beyond. Employ more people like Lily and your site will be much better for it. Outstanding.
No onsite duty manager. Being fobbed off to booking.com and then being sent back to the hotel. Being told the room i booked wasn't available and I would need to pay if I wanted to upgrade to a better room from the downgrade I received. Being made to feel less important because I booked via a third party vendor that they choose to advertise on. Used booking.com as a get out jail free and just bounced me back and forth with no resolution
