Pros:

Good staff, very helpful
Comfy bed

Cons:

Not enough plug sockets, husband has breathing machine, no plug near bed so lead had to be dragged across the floor, and only 1 of us could charge our phone as there were only 2 sockets in whole room.
No hairdryer( which I didn't notice until I had washed my long hair) so had to go out with wet hair
Lift only works if you are going up, you can't call it if you want to go back down

Cheap but not clean

Seems the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly couple of the towels smelled of sweat empty bottle of shower gel left in the bathroom

Very well situated but close to bar - very clean really comfortable couldn't fault any thing - staff were so friendly and helpful

Pros:

We have stayed there many times over the last few years.Good location and value for money and safe car parking. The service in the bar area is very welcoming and the food offering is of a good standard.

Cons:

The rooms are getting somewhat tired.On one visit, there was no security chain on the door; most recently you couldn't plug in the kettle as the nearest plug had been sealed , there was no hand soap and the TV controls were barely functional.

Smelly carpet things left over in the bathroom from other people . Downstairs rooms close to the car park very noisy in the morning when people are leaving specially when it’s hot, your windows open.

Great experience- will definitely stay again
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It was a delight, no fuss or bother - just excellent value in tip top surroundings. It was so nice we even asked to stay a couple more nights but sadly it was full.
