Ot was what I needed
friendly and welcoming
not much
Everything fine.
Clearer instructions as to where you actually check in. Where you park the car it says Main Building which most people would assume it's where the check in desk is. Needs clearer signage indicating where do actually check in.
Nothing
The room was so dirty, blood stains ( what it looked like ) all over the floor the bath was mouldy
The hotel room was clean modern good tea making facilities
Toilets next to the restaurant smelt bad. Breakfast not great - eggs overcooked and no butter for toast
Staff extremely friendly,good location,would recommend
This hotel/site.The food in restaurant excellent and reasonably priced.Thank you.👍🙂
2nd stay this year.. good base for visiting the area. Good food and drinks.. bit pricey but bar and facilities are worth it...
Could of done with rubber shower mat. Elderly parents bit shaky on feet in shower
The bed was exceptionally comfortable and staff were friendly.
For some reason, certainly on Sundays, breakfast service begins at 10am (to 11:30am)…no use to us as we needed to be on the road by 9:30am.
Even the staff on reception could not understand the policy. We effectively paid for a breakfast that we couldn’t consume.
There was no mention of this when booking.
Cleanliness and comfort
One of the rooms we had didn’t have a mirror in the main bedroom just one in the bathroom
Good value for money.
I arrived at night, and couldn't clearly see where to go upon arrival. The signs need to be bigger, and more brightly lit.
Facilities
Needs a good lick of paint and fixing up.
So much could be done with the room. Broken shower
Nice location loved the balcony nice size room
Cleaning was hit and miss towels and loo roll had to ask and milk had to ask
Wasn’t really convenient as separate buildings for eating and sleeping was a big issue as we are both disabled. Shower in bath not good. Entertainment weekends only was a big issue as we stayed Sunday to Thursday. No shop on site to buy basics as breakfast didn’t start until 10am. I’m an early morning person. Breakfast was expensive and not good quality.
Bed uncomfortable. Described as large king but was actually 2 single beds pushed together. Ridge in the middle made it uncomfortable
The room was clean and comfortable. The wet room (it was an accessible room) was large. Loved that the bed was a super king size. The check in was the general holiday park reception. We've booked another overnight stay.
The bed was not that comfortable, too hard for me. No air conditioning in the rooms.
