Maravilhosa!
Pros:

Amamos o hotel! Os funcionários são extremamente educados e atenciosos, o café da manhã é espetacular e a área comum da piscina é muito agradável. Tivemos uma excelente experiência e certamente voltaríamos.

Cons:

Tivemos apenas um pequeno inconveniente com o banheiro, que apresentava vazamento de água do box para o restante do ambiente. Comunicamos a equipe, que foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, mas o problema acabou permanecendo até o fim da nossa estadia. Ainda assim, foi um detalhe simples que não comprometeu nossa experiência nem diminuiu nossa admiração pela hospedagem, que foi excelente em todos os demais aspectos.

Café muito bom. Localização ótima. Quarto bom.
O restaurante Sollo é perfeito, esse eu recomendo, mesmo que não se hospede no hotel, vale a pena conhecer. Bonito, gostoso, agradabilíssimo, atendimento de alto padrão.

Fui passar o dia dos namorados e o que era para ser uma estadia surpreendente foi decepcionante.
Atendimento péssimo. Funcionários despreparados e mal treinados. Área de lazer bonita, com muito verde, mas desfuncional. Nada para fazer. Piscina fraca, suja e sem atrativos, com atendimento sofrível. Room service ruim.
Preço muito acima da média. Muito caro para o que entregou.
Não recomendo.

Não vale mais a pena. Muito caro para o que oferece. Lamentável.

Cons:

O hotel está com aspecto de abandonado, principalmente a área das suítes antigas, que se localizam após a piscina. Vê-se que há muito tempo os quartos não passam por uma manutenção ou reforma. Paredes mofadas, móveis estragados, colchões e travesseiros muito antigos e judiados, esses também com cheiro de mofo. Ao entrar no quarto o cheiro predominante é de mofo. Nas passarelas de acesso aos quartos também se vê o abandono, telas de proteção com várias brechas, significando riscos de acidentes para crianças e idosos. Enfim, está abandonado!

A great place to relax and enjoy nature. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We loved the natural surroundings and the peaceful environment. The breakfast was delicious, and having the beach just across the street was a huge plus. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

Cons:

The only suggestion we have is to provide separate shampoo and conditioner, as the same product was offered for multiple uses ( soap, shampoo and conditioner

Os quartos são muito simples. O guarda-roupas é praticamente inexistente, com uma estrutura dentro do banheiro e sem portas. Necessário melhorar as instalações dos quartos e o mobiliário.
