Sehr ordentliches Hotel.
Pros:

Lage ist zentral, nah zum Bahnhof. Gutes Frühstück. Restaurant ist ok. Großer Wellnessbereich. Freundliches Personal.
Juniorsuite ist sehr gut, schön, dass es einen Holzboden gibt.

Cons:

Das Restaurant ist ziemlich teuer. Aber im Ort gibt es viele Restaurants. Irgendwie hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die Führung des Personals besser sein könnte. Z.B. wurde mein Hinweis auf tw. fehlende Handtücher oder nicht funktionierende Teile des Wellnessbereiches freundlich entgegengenommen, aber ignoriert. Das Nachbestücken des Buffets und das Abräumen und Herrichten der Tische könnte flotter sein. Gut in der Juniorsuite ist, dass die Toilette vom Badezimmer getrennt ist. Frühstückszeiten sind sehr komfortabel.
4 Sterne sind ok, aber das “superior” scheint übertrieben.

Super de luxe hotel mooie ligging zeer aan te raden.
Pros:

Luxe van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed bed mooi en luxe ingericht. Veel praktische kastruimte. En stil geen geluidsoverlast.

Hervorragende Gastfreundschaft und ein fantastisches Team!

Wir hatten ein paar wunderbare Tage auf Langeoog. Was dieses Haus ganz besonders auszeichnet, ist die unglaubliche Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals: Egal wem man begegnet, man wird ausnahmslos mit einem echten, herzlichen Lächeln begrüßt und aufmerksam umsorgt – so einen Service erlebt man heute nur noch selten!

Ein ganz großes Lob gilt auch der engagierten Chefin, die das Hotel mit spürbarer Leidenschaft, offenem Ohr und absoluter Professionalität führt. Dazu ein reichhaltiges, frisches Frühstück und eine rundum angenehme Atmosphäre.

Wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt, kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Cons:

Dass die Tage viel zu schnell vergangen sind und wir wieder abreisen mussten! Es gab für uns wirklich nichts zu beanstanden – wir haben die Zeit von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen.
