Disappointing.
Pros:

Location was good and the area is expensive so the price was OK. The room is comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful when I arranged for a delivery at the hotel.

Cons:

I ate only one evening at the restaurant upstairs. The meal was very poor and I woke up in the middle of the night with a very bad stomach that went on for several days. The hotel has offered a discount on any subsequent stays but I was not happy.

Location is good but not the facilities.
Pros:

I like only the location, and there is nothing else.

Cons:

Indeed, I didn't like the facility. When we arrived in the room, there was an A/C water leak and the sink was blocked. We called the staff more than 4 times to report the issue by phone. Then I personally visited reception to inform them of the issue, as no one was coming to fix it. Then, only one issue was resolved: the sink blockage. Then, until we checked out, the A/C kept dripping water, and no one fixed the issue, so we were disappointed.

Pros:

I had a great stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, everything was clean and tidy, and the host was very helpful. Outstanding value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Stafnya sangat ramah sekali, sarapannya juga lezat. Untuk santai ditempat ini bagus dan memang sangat murah. Rekomendasi kalau ada yg mau ke Cebu, bagus dan murah hotel ini👍
