We booked a room with a private onsen which we used frequently and greatly enjoyed. There was also a public onsen which we did not have a chance to try. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was located within walking distance numerous restaurants, parks, shrines, and other notable places.
We did not find the food at the cafe very good, but there were many eateries walking distance from the hotel. We did not try the in-hotel restaurants which appeared to be a little more upscale.

Ubicación perfecta, a 5 minutos de la estación. La habitación grande y cómoda. Camas cómodas. Te facilitan el traje tipico japonés y las zapatillas japonesas, lo que te hace entrar al 100% en su experiencia y cultura. El hotel ofrece onsen (que después de un buen hikking te hace dormir super relajado). Tiene supermercado, tiendas de suvenir y todo tipo de facilidades para que vivas tu viaje al 100%. Además, para los turistas resulta una experiencia total el poder ver eventos y reuniones de todo tipo de la gente local en el propio hotel. Cenas, fiestas, karaokes... etc. Lo recomendamos al 100%.

The swimming pool was closed over our three night stay and we had no warning.
部屋スペースや清潔さ、窓からの展望の良さなど、旅行にとって快適に過ごせることは一番に嬉しいことで、当ホテルは全てをクリアーするものでした。またホテル館内に展示されている地元の版画や祭りの屋台、花火の大筒など、地元でしか見れないものが展示され、大いに見応えがありました。
