Friendly staff, who were attentive and very welcoming. Room was clean, water was hot and the grub in the pub was superb! Decent coffee and tea in the room was an added bonus.

Lovely breakfast (ignore the reviews saying it is bland, only thing I would say is to cook the tomatoes a little more) & coffee was decent.

With warm weather so got very hot inside room. We thought ahead and brought our own fan but also left the window open a touch...unfortunately, mosquitoes got in and we were bitten. I.e. bring insect repellent in summer.

It was fine for a night small for longer stay
Location. They gave me a key early as I couldn't check in after 2pm. I then let myself into room late evening. Service was pleasant.
Room perhaps needed a new mattress. Breakfast was OK but the some of the food was pretty tasteless. It wouldn't have hurt them to offer fruit juice or a second coffee....
The room was much better than expected. Very clean, spacious and felt cared for and not dated. I was nervous staying at a pub on a Saturday night it would be loud but it was silent apart from the birds in the morning. We had a nice meal too.
Sunday breakfast isn’t served until 9-12. I didn’t realise breakfast would be so late so missed that. Also odd that check out is at 10 but breakfast up until 12.
Was advertised as WiFi which there is in the pub but it doesn’t work at all in the room we were given.

the issue i had was to do with Booking.com's website - I asked you to filter for properties with breakfast included and then chose this property on that basis, only to find that the price paid did not include breakfast - obviously my error for not spotting that but it was not immediately apparent that it was not included - perhaps your booking system could be clearer before checkout... that was the only disappointment, other than the stay was good.
Room was fairly compact but everything you could need was there. Hairdryer, iron, tea and coffee machine, kettle.
Bathroom step, out of shower, was a bit slippery when wet. But as long as you're careful. Maybe 2 bathmats would work. 1 for the floor and a narrower one for the step.
Light over mirror in bathroom could be changed, it was very dim.
The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. We loved seeing them for breakfast everyday. The room was really nice and clean and suitable for us. The location was perfect for the needs of our stay.
The WiFi didn't work all the time when we were in our room.
