Ok …but not great
Pros:

Big room
On Main Street not too far from train station
Bedding and bathroom clean.

Cons:

No fridge!!!
Reception staff not very friendly.
Shower was a hand held. Had to turn off to wash hair. Or wah hair with one hand…,no where to hang up high and stand under it.

Perfect stay for visiting Zermatt.
Pros:

Breakfast selection was great. Enjoyed having coffee with the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made the trip and experience more special. The location was perfect. The room size exceeded expectations, was nice, and cleanly.

Excellent place to stay in Zermatt!
Pros:

The hotel was close to everything Zermatt has to offer. Breakfast was included and very good. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. One staff member kept giving us updates on the weather, as it was cloudy and the view of the Matterhorn was not happening.

Cons:

Everything was fine, only issue was weather! Staff did their best to help us to get a glimpse of the Matterhorn.

Great place in Zermatt
Pros:

Evrything was great. The hotel is really close to the train station, easy to access the stations for the tours. The staff was very friendly, and gave us great advice. The room was comfortable and clean.
