Great stay, would book again.
Pros:

The location was perfect, and the staff was great. Rooms were comfortable and bathroom was very nice. You can see the tip of the Matterhorn from the balconies.

Pros:

Great location right on main shopping street. Side view of another building. Can be loud at night but not too often. Face cloths provided! Breakfast was simply continental and good.

Fantastic location and great view in the right rooms.
Pros:

So convenient to train station and Main Street. Had a good top floor room with a shared balcony and great view. Nice cold breakfast spread was included in tariff. Ask for rooms 406 or 407 for best view of the Matterhorn.

Cons:

There are about four steps up between the front door and reception and the lift. Had to carry our heavy bags up them.
