O chuveiro muito pequeno e sai pouca água .
No penúltimo dia não tinha leite e coitada da cozinheira estava sozinha pra fazer tudo

Instalações requer umas manutenções estruturais, como troca tampa de vazo, limpeza de pia banheiro. Também recebemos a unidade com banheiro com presença de cabelos na área de banho, a limpeza não parecia completa.
