Aucun réseau wifi fonctionnel - le reste parfait
Pros:

Bon déjeuner, chambre confortable et très bien située

Cons:

Le réseau internet a fonctionné environ pendant 2h a mon arrivée et ensuite plus rien pour toute la durée du séjour. Tous les cafés et autre hôtel de l'île avaient pourtant le réseau. La dame de notre hôtel a d'abord dit qu'il y avait un problème avec starlink pour ensuite nous dire qu'elle devait commander une nouvelle antenne (ce que j'ai dû mal a croire). Aussi, nous voyions un autre réseau wifi au nom de l'hôtel mais elle ne nous a pas donné le code. C'est le seul défaut de cet endroit mais quand même assez important parce que pas de wifi sur l'île = aucun internet donc aucune communication, pas de courriel rien, impossible de communiquer avec l'agence pour pour les excursions, de savoir la météo, de check-in pour le vol de retour... Bref du stress inutile

la anfitriona y el personal en general son un encanto, muy amables, muy dispuestos a ayudar y aconsejar sobre que ver y hacer en la isla, un 10 todos.

Cons:

había un perro grande en la zona de comida, no es que el perro ande molestando a la gente particularmente, todo lo contrario, pero no me gustan los perros y me sentí un poco agobiado.

Superó mis expectativas en todo aspecto. La habitación más amplia de lo que pensaba, cama cómoda grande, buena iluminación y aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto. El baño 10/10 bien equipado, ducha muy buena. Bien equipada la habitación para guardar ropa y pertenencias. Hacían aseo todos los días y siempre consultaban primero. El desayuno lo mejor, superó mis expectativas, gran variedad de jugos, frutas, panes y cosas saladas y dulces para agregarle, además dulces de la zona. Ubicación perfecta en un radio de 2 cuadras tienes de todo literalmente. A 7min caminando de la costanera y en 2min llegas a panaderías, agencias de tours, renta car, verdulerías, minimarket, restaurantes, cafeterías, etc. Además, Alejandro e Ivonne muy atentos siempre. Hasta me permitieron estacionar adentro del hotel el auto que arrendé por 2 días. Wifi excelente, una de las razones por las que escogí IñakiUhi fue por este ítem y no decepcionó. Bonito jardín. La juana la perrita muy linda.

Lo único malo que no tengo dinero para seguir yendo mas seguido, lo escogería 100 veces.

La terraza y el jardin son muy acogedores y lo mejor es la atención de todo el personal, especialmente de Ivonne que es lo máximo.

Excelente Hotel
Pros:

La atención de primera desde el primer momento. Nos sentimos muy a gusto, Ivonne nos recibió con mucho cariño y siempre estuvo muy atenta a que todo estuviera bien. El desayuno completísimo, muy casero y rico. La ubicación excelente, en la calle principal de Hanga Roa cerca de todo!. Todo muy limpio.Sin duda fue una excelente estadía. Cuando vuelva a la isla iré a este hotel nuevamenente!, te hacen sentir muy a gusto.

Отличное расположение, на главной улице. Отель уютный, зеленый, отличные номера. Очень красивая территория, есть диванчики, где посидеть. Разнообразный завтрак! Приветливые хозяева Ивонн и Алехандро, очень заботливые, идущие на встречу, открытые. За 10 баксов в одну сторону встретили в аэропорту с цветами. От аэропорта близко, на авто 10 минут, можно также дойти пешком минут за 25. Очень хороший вариант размещения, рекомендую!

Excelente alojamiento, la ubicación insuperable. El personal en todo momento muy atento, nos brindaron una atención espectacular. El desayuno muy completo y delicioso.
