Muy buen hotel
Pros:

La amabilidad de la Recepcionista del turno de tarde. garzones del restaurant nota 3 de 5. La comida muy rica, de hecho no almorcé ni comí en los restaurantes del centro de Pucón, sólo en el hotel.

El desayuno prácticamente no tenía variedad ni opciones básicas como productos sin lactosa. No se condice la calificación de 4 estrellas y el precio con el servicio prestado

Pros:

Todo en el Hotel es muy bonito, limpio y cómodo. Hay mucha naturaleza que rodea el Hotel, las habitaciones están climatizadas. Todo el personal demuestra mucha precaución por entregar de manera clara y cordial toda la información y además de da recomendaciones de actividades para realizar en la ciudad. Experiencia única y agradable, lo recomiendo al 100%.

Excelente estancia
Pros:

Las instalaciones, limpieza y personal un 7, todos muy amables y serviciales en ayudarnos en lo que fuera. Las instalaciones y jardines hermosos y limpios, limpieza muy bien.
La comida del restaurante tipo almuerzo cena, estaban exquisitos, recomendadisimos.

Cons:

La verdad nos decepcionó mucho el desayuno, pensábamos que sería un poco mejor, en general no esta mal pero no hay mucha variedad.
Lo otro fue las tinajas, la verdad quizas tuvimos mala suerte, pero nos tocó el extremadamente caliente ( yo diria sobre 42 grados ), hemos estado en termas en aguas de 40 grados y las hemos soportado bien, pero las tinajas estaban demasiado caliente al punto de ser peligroso. Nos la entregaron sin medir temperatura nada.

Pros:

Tuve un percance, mi auto no encendió el día de mi ida. Todos en el hotel me ayudaron, y el Señor Diego me ayudó a encenderlo.
