Perfect weekend stay in September
Pros:

The hotel is charming and with modern facilities The location is near the beautiful national park and in one of Europe’s dark-sky regions. Pool and spa area was quite small but clean and cozy. Reception counter employee was really helpful with excursion recommendations.

Cons:

Restaurant staff isn’t rude but could create a more welcoming experience. Overall professional and food was good.

Pros:

Przestronny, wygodny pokój choć dość surowo urządzony. Wspaniała strefa spa: dwa baseny plus znakomita strefa wellness. Bardzo dobre śniadania w tym live cooking. Na dole restauracja z dużym wyborem dań (uwaga na duże porcje :) )

Cons:

Słaby internet w pokoju (być może jest to wina niezabezpieczonej sieci i reakcji programów antywirusowych)

Nice wellness area, quiet room, clean everywhere

Cons:

I suppose I expected more from the half-board arrangement. I didn't think a "five-course menu" at €40 per person would mean "four courses from the buffet" and a choice one of only three dishes for the main course. but the food was good.
It would just be good to know in advance what form the half-board takes.

המלון ממוקם בקרבת שמורת גרוסגלוקנר, כרטיס הקיץ שקיבלנו אפשר להיכנס לשמורה ללא תשלום. החדר נקי, הסביבה שקטה, הצוות סיּע בתכנון הטיול.
ארוחת הבוקר מעולה, במסעדת המלון אכלנו ארוחת ערב, הוגשו מנות טעימות ונדיבות.

Śniadanie przepyszne ,spory wybór .Atmosfera super. Bardzo czysto i obsługa rewelacja. Jeżeli kiedykolwiek będzie nam dane ,to z pewnością zawitamy ponownie .Brakowało tylko czajnika w pokoju ale też z tym poradziliśmy, bardzo pomocna była obsługa hotelu .
