Pros:

Convenient location for us.
Mostly quiet.

Cons:

The shower was poor flow. The TV is very small for size of the room but it had facilities for I pod. Not sure how many people have iPods now.

Pros:

Close to train station, food/coffee. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were very accomodating for older family member and allocated a ground floor room for her with walk in shower. Other levels were accessible with limited mobility too.

Clean, roomy and friendly. Has everything you need.
Pros:

From booking with our requirements, through check in to check out, a thoroughly professional experience. The team is well trained to be friendly and professional. Our one bed apartment was roomy, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. Location is great, with train station and amenities close by.
Would recommend highly.

A great stay
Pros:

The Quest Cheltenham was located within very short walking distance of a major train station.
It was well serviced, clean and all staff were extremely accomodating.

Pros:

Spacious family room and bedrooms. Large balcony with good view from top floor. Sound proof walls.

Cons:

Softer mattresses. Hand rails in bath/shower to help step in bath with high sides.
