Easy to find.

Cons:

For us we considered $205 midweek in winter to be very expensive.
2 complimentary tea bags 3 tiny milk and 3 sugars. They did supply more when i asked.
Shower door clashed dangerously with door to bathroom. Ridge of tiles entering bathroom. Very dangerous. Shower base was veryslippery. Fan in bathroom was completely broken
Top sheet on bed not centred so it was not tucked in on one side and had to be rearranged.
All in all we would definitely not go back there.
We chose it because it was close to friends that we needed to see. Will look for somewhere else next time.

Super place to stay.
Pros:

Wonderful clean and spacious room. Great location to restaurants, Southland shopping centre, train station and shopping.
Very friendly staff could not do enough to help you.

Fantastic accommodation
Pros:

The room was at a beautiful ambient temperature and was spotless. Facilities are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location. I highly recommend staying at Quest in Cheltenham.

Perfect weekend stay!
Pros:

Our experience on check in immediately elevated our weekend stay with a pleasantly unexpected upgrade. We loved the stay, the amenities, the local Station Rd coffee shops, and eateries close by. The bath was perfect for the end of day relax. Will be back for sure!

Fabulous service, exceptionably clean, great location
Pros:

My stay, albeit only one evening, was made very enjoyable with a room upgrade on arrival, friendly staff, exceptionally clean room with fabulous ammenities and the aircon and ambient lights on and soothing music
playing through the tv for my check in.
I actually commented to a member of the cleaning staff as there is a lovely and unique fragrance in the corridors of the premises!
It’s the little things that make for a lovely stay. I’ll stay there again, the location is great with shopping, golf courses, city or beaches close by.

Cons:

Over looking the car park was a negative . The shower / bath was very slippery and was a potential slipping hazard. The water pressure of the shower was appalling.
