Authentic pub in perfect location
Staff were warm, helpful and very welcoming. Couldn't ask more of them
If I were to be fussy it would be the bathroom being shared. But any inconvenience of this was completely outweighed by the warm, helpful and welcoming staff, good food, and drink.
I would come again.
Great staff. Fab location. Food was good. Great breakfast and dinner. Could not fault it.
Sehr schönes Hotel mit großzügigem und komfortablem Zimmer. Sehr ruhig trotz der Straße vor der Tür.
Zimmer frisch renoviert, gute Matratze, schönes Bad. Sehr freundliches Personal, manchmal etwas unorganisiert.
Fotogene Lage an der Brücke von Beddgelert.
Zimmer 11 Zimmer unterm Dach mit extrem schmaler Treppe. Besser mit schmalem Gepäck anreisen ;-)
Frühstücksoptionen etwas limitiert — rein britisch, kein Buffet.
Great location and fantastic staff who were most helpful.
The only minor thing was the size of the sink in the bathroom
Beautiful view on mountains. Comfortable beds, small but functional space.
Noise from the street
Location; room facilities ; helpful and pleasant
The room was not cleaned for two days despite requesting after Day 1; poor quality breakfast; no fans in room despite our request and 30 degrees plus; no parking ; not enoughn
Location, surroundings, breakfast, friendly staff
No fan or ac to deal with hot weather.
No parking available
Fantastic location, in a really beautiful setting
The room was unbearably hot, so much so that it was impossible to sleep, and we avoided spending any time in it whenever we could. The hotel really needs to provide fans. We asked for one, they didn’t have them. We ended up leaving our door wide open in an attempt to get some airflow, as did other guests.
I appreciate that the hotel can’t control a heatwave, but it can control how it prepares for one. For the price paid, providing basics such as fans and light sheets feels like the bare minimum and would have made a significant difference to our stay.
On our second night England were playing, people were shouting in the street outside until around 2am as they left. It would have been appreciated if the staff had politely asked people to move on after the match to minimise the disruption for guests.
Unfortunate as it’s a beautiful spot and a really lovely hotel but both nights were very unpleasant.
Beautiful location. Such a pretty village. Extremely friendly staff. Really good hearty breakfast included.
Parking was difficult and there was next to no WiFi or internet connection and when there was it was poor. Rooms were okay but dated corridors let it down. If you are tall the headroom is very low also so just beware. We were unfortunate to have a broken bed but we did not make a fuss for a one night stay.
Lovely room, very clean and friendly staff.
