Very cute and charming
Pros:

Beautifully old-fashioned.

Cons:

Never any parking in the allocated area, parking gets used by non-residents.

Helpful staff and good food although limited facilities in rooms.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. Location, for a family celebration, was excellent. The hotel was clean and bearing in mind the properties age/history the rooms were adequate. Guests need to bear in mind they are not large and facilities limited when compared to modern standards.

Cons:

We stayed two nights and we would firstly thank the staff for being helpful in trying to resolve my `issue` after the first night in room2. Bed mattresses are invariably a personal `thing` but on the first night I had a very soft mattress which led to a disturbed night owing to minimal back support. We then were moved to room 4 but unfortunately that mattress was no better. I may have been `unlucky` but based on my experience the hotel need s to look at these beds and replace the mattresses.

Great value for money
Pros:

Cons:

The rooms could have a bit more personality especially as it’s such a beautiful building, if done up I’d happily pay double the rate

Pros:

friendly staff. Dinner was amazing! Breakfast excellent. Finding entrance to car park difficult ,,went round block twice! Could do with a better sign as its just on the wall

Cons:

The stairs as I have a knee problem and awaiting a new knee.

It suited us well for an overnight stay.

No food/drink on Sunday evenings and ignored by owner/manager.

The free parking was a plus.

Cons:

The owner/manager was not at all hospitable, he ignored us totally and sat with his cats in the reception looking down. We arrived on a Sunday to which there was no restaurant food nor any bar service, we were not advised that this would be the case when booking. Had we been told this we would not have booked. The large number of cats and their feeding bowls in the courtyard.

Good intown location,nice ages building feeling and experience.
Pros:

The location was great for my desired trip to bromyard.

Sitting area plentiful.
Many side rooms to relax in and the nearby hall outside.

Cons:

I am aware there was an active event on the premises at the time of visit but even with a month in advance booking i found the cost to be a little bit expensive for it especially for 1 night stay. That it.
Having said that, if i need a place to stay temp in the future in bromyard, it would be a place i consider based on my experience.

Great old hotel and lovely staff.
Pros:

Lovely staff and lovely 'old' but nice hotel. Quite grand in its time. Dinner was simple menu but very good.

Cons:

Bloody electric showers. They are either scalding or freezing.

A quercky old hotel that ticked all the boxes. Would recommend to others
Pros:

Plentiful breakfast. Very helpful staff. Including Demi- Leigh who very kindly gave my friends and I a lift back from the Wye Valley Brewery.

A great stay at the Falcon
Pros:

It was clean, spacious , had everything you needed in the room, staff were friendly, our Frenchie enjoyed, the building has a huge history , there was a folk band playing when we stayed, the food is homely and is central to all the shops and walks.

Nothing to dislike
