Estadia Buena, pero no Sonesta, han bajado.
Pros:

El servicio y amabilidad del desayuno, la comida de la carta, así como el Buffet del desayuno muy buenos, las habitaciones son cómodas lamentablemente hay servicios que no han sido revisados como la caja fuerte o el aire acondicionado que fallan y generan malestar.

Cons:

No me gusto que el Aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, la única opción que buscaron y como ultima alternativa fue cambiarme de habitación, pero después de quejarme en diversas ocasiones, cuestión que debió evaluar mejor el hotel al ver que estaba con una bebe. tampoco me gusto que la ducha no tiene puerta y el sistema que tienen adaptado no es el mas optimo y el baño se mojaba todo con la ducha, la cuna que nos dieron me pareció poco segura y es muy baja para un niño.

Amplias areas de recepciones

Cons:

Al llegar para hacer el check in el personal se demoraba mas de 20 minutos con cada familia y la fila no avanzaba. Solo 2 personas atendia. Además los huespedes se colaban y los recepcionistas no lo enviaban hacer fila. La habitacion un poco descuidada, no habian toallas y aire acondicionado choreaba agua

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, acceso directo a playa, buen desayuno buffet y muy buena la calidad de las comidas en el restaurante.

Cons:

Falta algo de implementación de actividades o áreas de diversión para niños y jóvenes, esto podría mejorar mucho la experiencia para familias.

Agradable pero le hace falta mantenimiento a sus aires

El aire acondicionado de la habitación en mal estado, sonaba muy fuerte, nos cambiaron de habitación para una más pequeña de la que había pagado y sonaba igual de feo que la primera. No fue una experiencia agradable, él sr que nos pasó de habitación muy formal nos indicó que seguramente la administración se comunicaría, y nunca lo hicieron.

Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas
Pros:

La zona de la piscina es agradable y cómoda.

Cons:

La ducha no cerraba bien. El primer día no hubo agua.
Para salir a la playa hay que pasar por una zona muy fea. Los ascensores son muy demorados. Una habitación tenia el aire acondicionado dañado. No hay closet para guardar la ropa solo un mueble con dos cajones.
