El hotel no tiene mantenimiento y esta en muy mal estado

El servicio de Eduardo el botones, todo el personal del Front Desk y una mesera

Cons:

Las instalaciones están completamente deterioradas y sin mantenimiento y el hotel en todas partes es muy sucio

Muy mala
Cons:

El aire sonó toda la noche como una moto encendido y hice el reclamo y me dijeron que lo habían arreglado y en la noche igual un riedo que amanecimos con dolor de oído. No arreglaron y nico quiere nos cambiaron de habitación.

los desayunos excelentes, todo muy fresco y buen sabor. las piscinas también excelentes y muy limpias.

Las luces de las habitaciones 402 y 401 están fallando, no prenden las de la cama por ejemplo, y algún otro bombillo tampoco funcionaba.
