la atencion en la habitacion. y la recepcion.
el desayuno, demasiado congesgionado, no habia muchos productos. no habian mesas.
Ubicación y acceso a la playa
La habitación tiene muchas hormigas, no tiene buena vista por el precio que pagué. La comida está bien pero costosa y el buffet muy limitado
El trato del personal
Las instalaciones estan en mal estado, mi habitación no le sirvió el aire acondicionado y tuvieron que pasarme a otra de menor categoría

En términos generales estuvo muy bien la estadía
En el desayuno no me fue muy bien.
Deberían haber bandejas, ya que mientras dejé el plato en la mesa para coger el cafe, los pajaros se me robaron la comida.
Los huevos parecían de la noche anterior, estaban demasiado fríos
A los ascensores deberían hacerle mantenimiento, parecen ascensores de carga, están oxidados.
las luces de baño demasiado amarillas y uno no se ve bien en el espejo
Die Betten sind sehr bequem und der Pool hat lange auf (bis 20 Uhr).
Die Duschen und generell Badezimmer in Zimmer sehen leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen aus und der Wasserstrahl ist auch mehr als unbefriedigend gewesen.
Das Personal ist leider sehr langsam im Service. Sowohl in der Aufnahme der Bestellung als auch im Bringen der Getränke und Speisen. Einmal müssten wir den Kellner nach knapp 30 min darauf hinweisen, dass unser Essen in der Küche bereits fertig da steht. Englisch spricht leider niemand im Service. Für Gäste aus Europa ist dieser Standard leider nicht befriedigend.

Desayuno muy rico, sin embargo extrañamos cosas autóctonas como las arepas de huevo, en los dias que estuvimos no vimos este delicioso plato. seria ideal lo incluyeran en sus desayunos. El sservicio y la atención son muy buenos, la amabilidad y cordialidad de todos los empleados es maravillosa.
Realmente lo que no me gustó es que el hotel no posee carpas en la playa, pregunté y me dijeron que me tenia que arreglar con los nativos, pero en la playa observe que otros oteles como el radisson, el holiday inn si tienen carpas que les dan a sus huéspedes. Esto creo es algo que se puede mejorar.
La ubicación del hotel es buena y las áreas comunes son agradables.
Las habitaciones necesitan más mantenimiento. La limpieza no fue la esperada, ya que encontramos la habitación sucia al llegar. Además, presentan bastante humedad, se ven descuidadas y con un evidente deterioro. La iluminación es insuficiente, por lo que los espacios se sienten oscuros. Como inconveniente adicional, el aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar la noche anterior a nuestra salida, lo que hizo que la última noche fuera muy incómoda.

La habitacion que nos toco se notaba que estaba un poco deteriorada, el TV no servia.

El hotel esta bien situado, no esta cerca del centro historico pero se llega rapido y el transporte en taxi o uber es facil. Tiene buenas instalaciones, la terraza del cuarto que nos dieron tenia vistas a la playa y a la cienaga, estaba muy bien. Tiene buenas piscinas pero el acceso a la playa es regular porque el manejo de las carpas y la alimentacion o las bebidas no las hace el hotel y hay riesgo de ser estafado por los locales. Hay que tener cuidado al pedir servicios o alquilar carpas en la playa. El desayuno estuvo bien pero al pedir un sanduche tuvimos sospechas de que parte del contenido podria no estar en buen estado. La respuesta a esta queja fue adecuada y nos ofrecieron cambiar el sanduche sin costo.
